this Bluetooth is the best I have used and I have tired many the ease of use is awesome and sound quality is good, fit in my ears is comfortable would recommend.

I loved it. Told many people about it and would have purchased another one BUT as oh so many have mentioned, there is a mic problem. Intermittently the mic will just cut off in the middle of a call. I can hear but no one can hear me. LG has been unresponsive in this as this issue has been reported by users for a seriously long time (6 months that I know of) and they've done nothing about it. Honestly, I constantly recommended this product because it was one of my best purchases until this mic issue. Not happy.

I like everything about this setup but:
The mic cuts out constantly during calls and it's more than a little frustrating.
If they can fix this obviously well known issue I'd be quite happy with the design and function of the product. I just can not recommend a product that does not work as described.

This is my 2nd LG TONE bluetooth. Had issues after a while with my 1st set during calls with loss of sound. This issue was intermittent and I gave this set to my son. Bought new set and so far haven't had that issue. Love the look and quality of this headset and hope to have no problems again.

sound is by far the lowest in any of the hbs headsets. ive had the 700 (tone original) the 730 (tone plus), witch were fantastic products. on the 750 though, its mutes its self during calls. where u have to switch from hand-set to headset again, very annoying, even worse when on important calls. the other caller thinks you disconnected ugh!! the live chat says im the next person in line but yet i have been waiting 20 minutes. and there is no software or firmware update to fix i guess im going to send them back for a refund or a credit. i own a lg washer dryer combo that was made this year that i love as well i just hate that im disatified with this headset...
