I purchased this headset for my use with my GNote II. At first I thought that the headset fantastic. sound quality is good, connection is easy etc. Then I got muted in the middle of a client call. This keeps happening. I have discovered that turning off the WiFi helps but this is still totally unacceptable! I cannot use the headset for any important calls. I have a friend that has the same issue.
I have since purchased an additional plantronics headset for calls and I use the LG for music and movies only. I cannot recommend this until they fix this issue .

I read other reviews saying the Tone Pro HBS-750 is not loud enough and I was concerned since I was having volume trouble too. But I found out I wasn't pushing the volume button enough. Out of the box the phone call volume is louder than the media volume so you are disappointed and think there is something wrong. Try holding both volume buttons together for a second to turn on the "EQ" then tap the volume up A LOT and eventually it gets louder, fifty taps later. Somewhere in all that tapping are some EQ adjustments and the sound I have now does not sound very balanced. I need a more through tutorial on how to adjust this because having so many multi functions on the volume buttons has me confused. It needs to give me a spoken signal like "EQ high, EQ low". I will figure it out soon.
I like everything else about the Tone Pro.
My call recipients hear me well.
And its very comfortable to wear and I don't look like call center monkey.

I initially wanted a Bluetooth that I could use and listen to music at the same time and found this. This has been an excellent buy. I don't have to worry about loosing it! It is always around my neck and no annoying loud phone calls and when I want to listen to music alone I can while enjoying a car ride. Great buy!

LG you did it this time!!! This is by far the best device I've found around on the market. Easy set up, it stays connected, sounds great, fits pretty good. I can walk all around the house talking on it.Takes time to get used to having something around your neck. sometimes i even forget its around my neck with it being super lightweight.
But i will say, the little (icon) buttons are hard to see. it would be better if it was colored. but after getting used to where the buttons are located. its a breeze!

I've tried out about a dozen different wireless headphones. I was looking for something to use when I run and ride my bike. Being wireless was a must, that's why I tried out some many products. This bluetooth set fulfilled a lot of needs/wants in a wireless headphone: good to great sound, lightweight and easy to use. I can still hear the wind when riding my bike and running but for safety reasons, I overlooked this. Music sounds great and I very happy with this product.

I too have the microphone cut-off problem. Mine is used with an MAXX. After several minutes on a call, I can hear perfectly, but suddenly no-one can hear me speak. I have to switch to the phone, then back to the headset. In the meantime, other callers have assumed I've dropped from the call. Not acceptable for business use.

I have to switch to the phone, then back to the headset. In the meantime, other callers have assumed I've dropped from the call. Not acceptable for business use.
I've read other posts on the Net saying that turning off wifi on the phone helps. I've not tried this, nor is this an acceptable long term solution.
