I loved it. Told many people about it and would have purchased another one BUT as oh so many have mentioned, there is a mic problem. Intermittently the mic will just cut off in the middle of a call. I can hear but no one can hear me. LG has been unresponsive in this as this issue has been reported by users for a seriously long time (6 months that I know of) and they've done nothing about it. Honestly, I constantly recommended this product because it was one of my best purchases until this mic issue. Not happy.

I like everything about this setup but:
The mic cuts out constantly during calls and it's more than a little frustrating.
If they can fix this obviously well known issue I'd be quite happy with the design and function of the product. I just can not recommend a product that does not work as described.

Light weight, I forget that I have it on my neck. The sound is good. For a Bluetooth headset, it is light weight, very good battery life with decent range.
The biggest communication issue that I see is that I think the Bluetooth antenna is on the left side and when I put my iPhone in my right back pocket, the connection is spotty and music cuts out a little.
It will pair to two devices and the last pairing becomes the main. The buttons for answering and start stop are sensitive and my shirt collar will some times push it. With an iPhone, Siri will ask to help.
Al in all, I am happy with the headset.
It would be nice if it would pair wit more than two devices and allow connection to two at a time, manually connect for the devices. I.E. iPhone, iPad and computer as an example.

Have owned the headset for 6 weeks now and absolutely love them! Use them in a noisy warehouse to listen to streaming music (from jazz to old R&B). Don't miss a cymbal, triangle or trumpet note! The best part is having my texts read to me when they arrive. Never miss a "Honey-Do" request now! Battery lasts long too (8-10 hour shifts), they're good when I'm walking the dog in the evening.

The first week using it was excellent. Worked great, and loved going on a run without all the wires flying all over the place because of the ear buds I usually used. Then without any reason the connection started to fail. I now can't put my cell phone in my pocket without the sound beginning to cut out. I have to hold my phone about stomach height for the sound to keep constant. This has to be the best invention, but only if it keeps functioning while on the go. If it cuts out continuously, even though the paired component is right next to it, there is a serious problem. I've heard the 730 doesn't have this problem, the 750 is known to have it. I should have listened before buying.

The fit and function are at opposite ends of the scale.
It fits great, love the weight and usage options like the buttons (almost). Power button is a pain.
But the functions are only saved by the great sound quality. First, the mic cuts out/quits. Second, sound level is way to low - source device full blast and headset full is just above normal. No I do not have a hearing loss.
Lastly, driving factor to return product - IT DOES NOT CONNECT TO COMPUTERS. I can not believe that most computers will pair but not connect. (Mine 2010 Dell XPS and 2012 Toshiba both with win 7.) How can I use Dragonfly, Skype, viber, etc.?

Currently I only use this product for phone calls, but I like the music features in case I do decide to use it. So far it has been working flawlessly and highly recommend it to everyone !!!

I purchased this headset for my use with my GNote II. At first I thought that the headset fantastic. sound quality is good, connection is easy etc. Then I got muted in the middle of a client call. This keeps happening. I have discovered that turning off the WiFi helps but this is still totally unacceptable! I cannot use the headset for any important calls. I have a friend that has the same issue.
I have since purchased an additional plantronics headset for calls and I use the LG for music and movies only. I cannot recommend this until they fix this issue .
