What is everyone crying about
Date:December 21, 2009
Best Features: Quality, Features/Settings, Performance
"This product has been able to do everything I could ask of it and more. The only problem I have encountered is the NetFont browser expiration. Initial learning curve may be a little difficult for the average user. Take the time to figure it out and it is well worth it."

"Touch screen is the worst ever i have seen. After paying hefty amount and contract, i was extremely unsatisfied. If given a choice i am ready to exchange with any other normal phone."

LG Incite
Date:November 22, 2009
Best Features: Style/Design
Cons: Difficult to use, very poor battery life
"This is my third LG phone. I specifically wanted another LG phone based on very good experience with my former two. So far I have had this phone for only three days, and I am very sorry I purchased it. It's incredibly difficult to learn, and the screen functions are very small. Why is the stylus attached to the phone with a string? It just dangles there, and makes the phone appear cheap. My major complaint is with the battery life, it's non-existent! Even if the battery is fully charged, and the phone is not used, the battery will run down in stand-by in less than 12 hours! Not acceptable. I intend to investigate this, and if not fixable, I will return this phone."

Pocket PC

Best Features: Quality, Features/Settings, easy to use, Performance, Style/Design
"I have owned this phone for about two months. I use it all day long in my business. Sure the key pad is small, but if I can use it anyone can. Get in and sync it to the pc and everything is right where you need it. I owned a Blackberry before this phone and was not really pleased with it. I have had a cell phone of some kind since 1987, so I know what a cell phone should be and do. LG and others call it a smart phone, it is. Almost anything your pc can do this phone does the same."
