Good and Bad
Date:April 15, 2010
Best Features: Performance, Style/Design, Features/Settings
Cons: Difficult to use, small unclear screen
"This phone has some great features. The ability to let my grandaughter watch tv on trips or at a friends house is great. When taking pictures they are not as clear as I would like. The touch screen and voice calling features are great. The screen has poor visibility unless you are in a shaded area. When accessing the internet or other related items the screen is too little to see most things clearly. At times you have to touch the screen more than once to get the feature you want."

Beware
Date:April 4, 2010
Best Features: Features/Settings
Cons: Value, quality, durability
"10 months of use and the screen is shot. The phone will not respond and two visits to the AT&T people has resulted in a "sorry about that" and an acknowledgement that there are problems with the screen responsiveness. This is not a long term phone. Features are nice, but the AT&T charges are not. Poor screen resolution if you are not in a shaded area and the TV function is too easily opened. This phone lived down to my expectations of LG products. No one at AT&T tried to convince me that it is a good phone."

LIFE'S NOT GOOD
Date:March 21, 2010
Best Features: easy to use, Style/Design
Cons: Value, Features/Settings
"I have had this phone for little over a year and I am starting to have some serious problems with this phone. If the phone is not pluged in it will not keep a charge, I can text for about one min and talk for about 45 sec. I also know three other people with this phone and they are haveing the same problems. Before someone say change the battery, did that, that is not it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHONE. If it was just me I would say maybe just a bad one but three other people same problems not good!!!!"

LG Vu
Date:February 10, 2010
Best Features: Quality, Features/Settings, Performance, Style/Design
"I really like my Vu. The downside of the phone is when you are outside on a bright day - the screen is hard to see. I don't use the TV because of the cost from AT&T."
