Rated 5 out of 5 by frostimus Outstanding, as expected.
I had the LG G2 and loved the phone and it's features. When I had the opportunity to upgrade it was an easy decision to go with the G3.
The phone is great as expected and I continue to be happy with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Nickelodeon High Quality and Awesome Features
First thing that jumps out is the screen; it's awesome! I thought it was a little overkill for a phone, but looking at the sample videos in QuadHD is almost unbelievable. It almost looks 3D. It's too bad there isn't more QuadHD content to view on it.
I researched the G3 and knew I was getting a solid feel, fast processor, RAM and 32GB of internal storage.
The launcher is solid, and the customizeable buttons at the bottom were a nice touch as are the shortcut keys. Having the keys on the back is an advantage at times, but are hard to find sometimes. QSlide is pretty cool for windowing some of the apps, and Miracast.
I knew it had IR built in, but probably the biggest surprise is the Quick Remote. Not only can it control the TV, cable box and DVD, but it also controls my Surround Sound system. I was even able to create a remote for my DVD Recorder for which it didn't have in it's repetoire, using the devices own remote as a template for the G3 to emulate.
I did have a issue with a misbehaving app. or a corrupted media file consuming way too much battery. At Support's request, I did a factory reset and it did resolve the problem, so I wouldn't blame LG for that.
Between Google backups and the LG backup which I also used, most of my settings were recovered, including my Launcher screens. The battery life is now awesome again, especially considering how big and beautiful the screen is.
I've had 2 prior Android phones that I liked, but this is the first LG phone I've ever had, and it likely won't be my last.

Rated 5 out of 5 by pokechop The phone I've been looking for.
Where do I start? This phone is lighting fast, no more waiting around for anything to load up, whether it's a web page or a game, BAM ! it's right there. The camera is nothing short of remarkable. Crisp, beautiful images and an array of features that are top notch. I love the screen too. It's high definition and big enough to actually enjoy what your watching on it. I have always liked the quality of phone LG produces and this phone is no exception it is very well built. And that's coming from a construction worker who is very hard on their phone. I could go on and on about how great this phone is. By far the best phone I have ever owned. I recommend highly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by DWolvin Great phone, amazing screen!
Long story short, I upgraded from a Note3 to this phone. The screen is a hair smaller (1/4 inch?) but much less difference than the measurements make it sound. And the quad HD screen is so lovely! I can't see pixels at all! The battery life is also notable, with moderate use I can usually get almost two days out of it, and even on travel I never need to charge during the day.
Only possible drawback, is that the texture of this phone is very smooth- plan on getting a case!

Rated 5 out of 5 by The Spunkster Fantastic Phone!
This phone rocks! Blows everything else away currently available. My wife also upgraded her phone from another manufacturer and wishes she also got a G3. The screen is fantastic. LTE and wifi is very fast. The camera takes great pictures once you learn the menu. It takes a while to get used to the back buttons but now it is just second nature. Phone is not too big considering it houses a 5.5 inch screen. There is only one "downside"-the lack of Band 12 capability on my carrier. Since it is now just starting to get built out I am hoping the G4 (or whatever the replacement will be) will have this band by upgrade time.
