Rated 1 out of 5 DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!!!!!!!!
This phone is a sorry excuse for a phone my phone shattered BY ITSELF! And I was told that there was nothing that could be done. It is not durable at all. My phone nearly fell 2 feet and cracked and left me with no sensory on the bottom half. It also freezes up quite often and closes apps by itself as well. Overall LG should have thought things over with this phone. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

I've had this phone with at&t for about 7 months before it started acting up. I could not access the settings menu no matter what i tried. I took it to an at&t store and they could not fix the problem, they said it was a a problem with the phone and it was nothing that could be fixed, even by a factory reset. I ended up getting a second phone since it worked good for the first months i had it and i figured that the chances of it happening again were highly unlikely. However, i was mistaken in about two months i had the same problem, but i just kept the phone this time, and now about two months after that problem my phone shut off and will not turn on it at some points it lights up and says low battery but when it shut off the battery was over half full and it will not charge.I can not wait to be done with this phone, and get something that actually works.

Rated 1 out of 5 by rikki.d One of the worst phones I've ever had!
I can't stand owning this phone. At first, it seems like a great phone, but don't let it fool you. My husband and I both have this phone. He has trouble with the battery lasting throughout the day. I have cracked the screen twice to where it is not operable, and the second time was from three feet up, and it fell onto carpet. Pretty sad. Also, we cannot find adequate cases for this phone. We got hard shells for them, but they overheat the phones within 5 minutes if you are using the phone. I'm really disappointed and can't wait to get a different phone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by dst69 Decent starter smartphone
I would recommend this to any new smartphone user. It is easy to use has many features, nice camera. Some downsides: no native backup app. Had to factory reset the unit as the settings app quit working. But overall a solid performer.

This phone was very impressive and I was glad I came across it. It is fast, sleek, reliable, good for customization, great camera, great picture, great clarity and is update to date with most of the phones out in 2014. A very good choice!

Rated 1 out of 5 by enelson Worse phone ever owned!!!!
I have had this phone for a year now and has had to be replaced by at&t do to so many issues. If i was my phone for more than ten minutes it gets extremely hot. Last time i had to replace phone it was from the heat, it had caused part of screen from not working and would jump from screen to screen on its own. I will never again in my life own a single LG phone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Rikki Beware buying this phone!
My husband and I both bought this phone, and loved them at first. Now, he has issues with the battery. It doesn't last more than 8 hours for him. I, on the other hand, have dropped the phone twice and both times the screen has shattered now to the point were I can't use it. Mind you, the second time happened in the car, from my lap to the carpet where my feet were (no more than two feet). They don't make adequate cases, and if you do put a case on it, it over heats and shuts off. I would not recommend this phone to anyone!!! iPhones are more durable than this phone.

Had this phone 2 weeks and hating it. Previous phone was an HTC desire..this was Supposed to be an upgrade. This was a regrettable impulse buy. Bbuy was selling it for a buck plus a 200 buck gift cert with contract. Now I'm locked in for 2 yrs with a barely useable phone.
First off, poor poor battery life. Poor poor sound volume...you can barely hear anything with a phone cover on it which renders the phone useless.
Phone apparently requires a minimum 1000mA charger or it takes 40 hours to charge! Most micro usb chargers are 500mA. So don't think that you can use your old charger..maybe you can ,maybe you can't ...unless you don't mind waiting.
Once fully charged I am getting less than a day of use with very minimal usage. Maybe 1hr talk and 20 minutes of data usage..if that.
Worse than that...even when putting it in airplane mode while I am working and only using it on breaks...the battery still discharges. I have only 3 apps installed and have disabled background data usage on all of them.
I could easily solve the battery problem with a battery upgrade...NO.. I can't! In their infinite LACK of wisdom, LG saw fit to duplicate the iPhones stupidity in using a built-in non-replaceable battery! I didin't even see that coming...who thinks to ask about that when they buy a phone??
In addition to that, the screen has started to go blank on occasion. Then I can't tell if the phone is on or off. Ordinarily you would remove the battery so you KNOW your phone is off and then start the reboot process from scratch. You can't do that because the battery is not removable. It's a sad joke. No wonder they were selling this for a buck!
Sound is pitiful. Speaker phone is virtually useless. If I didn't have to give the $200 buck gift card back which I already spent...I'd return it today. THAT's how they get you!
After using my friends Motorola I swore I would never buy another phone without a keyboard...but I thought with the larger screen I would be able to navigate the touch screen keyboard better...NOPE. Some of us big fingered clumsy people just need to have a tactile, analog keyboard that folds out like the Motorola (which I would recommend much more highly than this phone).
Camera quality is not up to par with its claimed 13MP capability. I find the interface much more clumsy than my previous HTC which allowed you to turn the flash on and off from the screen without using menus.
The HTC flashlight app which came with my old phone was much simpler and useful than all the other apps I have found on gplay.
I don't know if its an AT&T mod or just Android 4.0, but when looking at pictures it doesn't seem to bring up your latest pic, you have to scroll to look for it. its just weird. The HTC was a much more intuitive interface altogether.
Beware phones bearing $200 gifts!
