This phone was purchased for making calls - no texting, images etc. Although this bad boy can do it all - the calls have been solid. Good battery life, nice sound. Looks nice. The only downside is that the speaker phone is a bit wimpy but it does the job.

My wife and I received these phones free as part of a mobile plan with Virgin mobile. I was not expecting how well they have performed since they where "freebees".
The menu is easy to navigate and alhthough it took me a while to get the hang of texting messaging this I have found to be aesily done now.
i was alo impressed with how easy it was to connect my blue tooth unit to the phone for hand free use while driving. The other features such as the camera function work well and I am impress with the picture quality for a phone camera.
The only negative comment I have is that I find it hard to hear and wish the receive volume would be louder.

I want a phone mainly for phone calls and some texts. This is perfect. I have had this type of LG for more than 10 years and am just as happy with this. Works well with my solar bluetooth for the car, too.

For the price, this phone has some good features. Pretty easy to do a Bluetooth link to my old phone and transfer my contacts (one-at-a-time). Not a criticism of this phone, but all phones should have the ability to transfer all contacts at once. All phones should probably have sim cards. Personally, I like the flip phones' protection of the main screen. The main feature of any mobile/cellular is, as far as I am concerned, the ability to make phone calls; none of my pears are into other features to any great extent. In case you are wondering I am a young 60+.
