Rated 5 out of 5 by RielRules Reliable and Easy to Use
Great little phone. Very easy to use and great features. Good quality and very reliable. I have had it as my main phone for a couple of years already and it's never let me down.

Rated 1 out of 5 by bill worst phone, EVER!!!!
i have had this phone for a year and a half. it was great until i charged it for the first time. now i have to charge the battery 4 times a day, it wont play music, the volume button is broken, and i get service NO-WHERE!!!! And ive replaced the keyboard buttons 2 times 4 weeks after i got it and 3 months i had to change it again. did i mention that the speakers sound AWFUL and it likes to turn itself off after an hour or so. If u dont mind these minor(very irritating) defects, get one (but have a backup phone so u arent left without one).

This is the worst phone I have ever bought. Unfortunatley I am on a contract and cant afford an upgrade. No wonder it was so cheap. Mine has already been in for screen repair and that was having it for less then 3 mths. My daughter had to resort to buying an old one off a freind. They do not hold a charge. It misses phone calls and texts can come up to a day later. I thought maybe it was the carrier BELL. I think it may be a 50/50 split. Anyone I spoke to with this phone has the exact same issues. Basically saying if you see this phone in a Pkg deal STAY AWAY from it. Buy the other one it may cost you a bit at first but this RUMOUR will drive you insane. I will never buy an LG phone again

Rated 4 out of 5 by Neeter Easiest phone.
We bought this phone mainly for the slide out keyboard. My husband hates to text and this was much easier for him to use. The menu and other buttons where easy to use also. My daughter who was 6 at the time has already mastered the keyboard and making calls.. Overall we love our Rumor cell..

Rated 4 out of 5 by weegeordie Great little texting tool
Easy to use for texting. A quick flip and the full keyboard is there to use.
I have had problems with the display brightness and the power connector on the bottom.
All in all a good phone to get you started in the texting world.

Rated 4 out of 5 by jpnorton Rumour has it!
I've been using cell phones for about 20 years now and have had a large variety of phones over the years. I also spent 6 years of my career working at one of Canada's major cell service providers.
I love this phone! I've had it almost 2 years now.
The slide out keyboard is a superior advancement, especially as it's in QWERTY format rather than alphabetical as my last phone was. It's texting made simple.
The phone takes good pictures and by using the little memory card I purchased, I'm able to carry music or take an abundance of pictures and easily email them or download to my comptuer. This was pretty handy when I had a car accident as I was able to photograph the vehicle 'in situ' before it was moved.
I find the phone itself to be pretty rugged as I've dropped it a few times and it's still alive.
While I have had it freeze up on occasion when I'm surfing the internet, it's not usually a problem.
I would recommend this phone to anyone that's looking for a basic phone with a few features thrown in. It's not an i-phone, so if that's the kind of functionality you're looking for, this phone won't satisfy you.

I have owned this cell phone for about 6 months and I am now finding that the battery is not staying charged as long. I do not need the phone to do anything special. I only use it for occational calls and texting. I find it is easy to use and alot easier to text with the slide out keyboard. The receiver volumn is really good and it works well with bluetooth.
