So I have had this phone for 2 years, in those 2 years I have replaced it on the 90day warranty as of this morning 11 times!! The biggest issue is the power/sleep button continues to go out. I cannot unlock the phone, get it to turn on, ect. Also, the phone will just randomly turn on/off as if its possessed. The screen freezes constantly and I find myself having to wait 3-5min for a call to actually start once I've hit the call button.

I like this phone because I can connect it to my pc and type messages using my PC keyboard. But for some reason it keeps freezing when I try to send txt messages. The virtual keyboard becomes irresponsive and I constantly need to reboot the phone for the messaging to start working.
Also, if I switch from browser to messaging and then go back to browser, it crashes and the internet needs to be restarted. Maybe my phone just got tired… lol…. I think it is time to upgrade.

Both my husband and I have had this phone for 2 years and I can't wait to get rid of it. To many problems to list but some key things screen won't turn on when you move the phone from your face so you can't use dialpad or shut off call, messages won't download on wifi, freezes up, to many factory downloaded apps that you can't get rid of, always says space is full when nothing has been downloaded, on and on and on.

This is a very bad phone slow and the most important thing is the power bottom does not work the only way that you can turn it on is connecting the phone to the charger

This has been a terrible phone. It worked pretty well for the first year. But within the second year, my power button stopped working completely! Without this the phone is useless. Filed a claim with the insurance, they sent a new phone but I had to pay a deductible even though I didn't do anything to the phone it did it to itself. And now the replacement phone has froze about 7 times within the 3 hours I have had it for. I'll never buy another LG phone again. All in all don't buy this phone at all!!!!

i was very dissapointed with this phones. it freezes, shuts itself off all the time, very slow. i would not recommend this phone to any one it is the worst phone i ever had

I love LG but this phone is horrible. I have never want to destroy something so bad in my life. It is slowly in memory and processors speed. It freezes very very often. Internet freezes and then restarts all the time more then half my data usage is just trying to get back to what I was looking at. While listening to music songs skip unless I switch to airplane mode and close any running apps. While trying to make phone calls it will freeze and say call not sent and will only work if I restart phone. Pre programmed apps that cant be uninstalled or shut down use up to much memory and CPU. Not sure if it’s the phones fault or apps fault but apps crash and I end up sending more reports to Google play then I’d care to. The real killer for me is I hear static in the head speaker when I am on a call and even when there is on call you can put your ear to it and still hear static. I took the phone to the dealer he heard it ordered me a replacement phone and the new phone was the same. This is my fourth replacement phone and still the same. And last but not least I have four of these phones for me and my family and I get to keep paying for them for two years.
