Rated 1 out of 5 by hox6 I have a LG optimus G with sprint, what a lie.
while researching this phone it was said to have a 1.7 GHz processor, unfortunately not. its placed with a buggy Qualicomm 1.5ghz. There are a lot of built in features in this phone, however you will use none of them, for example you can watch a video and cruise trough the web or play a game. But once this video is over it will not play the next, it also takes away a lot of the devices performance and is really distracting and not useful all together. 2GB of RAM (memory) may seem like enough but you will be lucky to free up 1.2GB's. Next lets talk about everyone's favorite site and app, YouTube, short to say it doesn't work on the LG Optimums G. You can only watch a video if you are connected to Wi-Fi, in which the phone will only show a loading screen for a video if you are on data(you can wait forever and it wont work). The phone also will randomly turn off its Wi-Fi and switch to data crashing the app and loosing your place in the video. the music player will stop collecting music after 100+ songs. It is build with no quality and cheap material, I alone have had my 2.5mm headphone jack replaced, the battery replaced, and the connection between the micro USB and battery repaired. keep in mind i keep a protective duel layer case on my phone at all times and have only dropped it once or twice from a short distance. Now done with that lets talk about the extreme temperatures it will rise to just by watching a t.v show or movie, If i could i would add a screenshot and a photo of this. After watching a movie my phones temperature raised to 170 degrees Fahrenheit. I do have to say the 13mp camera does look quite nice for a phone. Again back to bad things, phone will have an incredible staggering amount of lag ON THE HOME screen if you have more than 2 things running in the background. I took screenshots of error messages i received while randomly doing nothing or on the web; "unfortunately the process android.process.media has stopped." and "home isn't responding. Do you want to close it?", ask me if you want those pictures. DON'T YOU DARE LOOK at its battery life according to LG, at most 1 game ( i used Asphalt 8 Airborne to test this) you will get if your lucky little last than an hour three quarters (hour and forty five minutes). Like a lot of phone it had the king of all phone problems it randomly restarts itself for no reason.
I use DU Speed Booster, CM security, and DR. Web for virus and malware protection and system optimization. I have had this phone for more than a year (more than enough time to get acquainted with ones phone).

Rated 5 out of 5 by Htank88 All Around Great Product!
Very happy with the camera, features, quality, and durability! After trying all of the other popular smartphones, there was always something that kept me from being fully satisfied. Very happy to of discovered this product; I enjoy everything about this, especially how the Home Screens can be customized almost anyway I choose. Excited to see the G3!

Rated 1 out of 5 by WandaC The Worse Cell Phone I have Ever Owned
This phone works ok for apps, internet and some texting. Even though I can't text pictures at all, and if they finally do go through its weeks later, but the worse feature of this phone is that it is almost impossible to carry on a conversation with anyone. I hear them fine, but everyone says that all they hear are pieces of my words, or an echo or static or nothing at all. So if you want to play games only, then this is the phone for you.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Jmoore EXTREMELY FRAGILE PHONE, BEWARE!
I have had this phone for a year now and though I love all the internal features of this phone, I have to warn you that it is an extremely fragile phone. The first time my screen broke it was my fault for not having a case on it, so I ordered a new one online, had it replaced, and immediately put a case on my phone. I thought that would be the end of my troubles. NOPE, not even 24hrs lafter replacing my screen my phone took a 5 inch fall from my hand to my hardwood floor and the top right corner of the screen cracked about an inch and a half. Not even half as bad as the first fall so I thought it would be okay but my phone is completely useless. Now I'm stuck without a phone because I don't have the funds to replace the screen again, let alone get a new phone. Wish this phone wasn't so fragile but if I were you I would think twice about buying this phone! Be prepared to spend lots of money on repairs and replacements.

Rated 1 out of 5 by BuffieR THE WORST CELL PHONE I HAVE EVER OWNED
This is the worst cell phone I have ever owned. I have had a total of 5 LS-970's with all kinds of problems. The screen breaks and the whole phone is dust! The internal functions are ok but the battery dies fast and they fragility of the device is just such a turn off! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHONE EVER! I CAN NOT WAIT TO UPGRADE MY CONTRACT! I WILL STAY AWAY FROM LG PRODUCTS PERIOD.

Quick, great battery life even under load. Beautiful design. Only perceived negative is no expansion for memory or battery, but have not seen problems yet.
