Great Product, Camera Problems
This is my first Android phone, and it has been fun. There are a few problems with apps I've downloaded . . . may just be my ignorance. The camera is good for stationary shots in perfect conditions, but I get lots of blur shooting fast motion pictures.
It synced my Facebook contacts into my phone contacts, which I didn't ask for it to do. One hardware concern -- it gets hot randomly. The letter-space on the keyboard could use some modifications.
Overall, it's great.

Good phone at a great price point - but useless
Everything on this phone is good but one important feature, which, is ruined by the combination of bloat that Google, LG, and T-Mobile marketing have allowed. The phone is the right price point, and it has the right specs, for all but the internal memory (aka ROM), which, as you know, is limited to 4GB. With all the non-removable bloat that is added, either by Google, LG, and/or T-Mobile, the phone is essentially useless, despite its otherwise fine features. You can't know that the phone is useless until you add a Google Play account, and then try to download apps directly to the optional 32GB micro-SD card. You find out that you can't put the apps directly on the micro-SD card. Yet, of the 1.8 GB of internal memory available after the Android operating system has been installed, the mandatory bloatware on the phone takes up a whopping 600 MB of that 1.8 GB, leaving you only 600 MB of space for your apps. The micro-SD card won't help you since you absolutely cannot (without jailbreaking anyway) delete or move the pre-loaded apps onto that SD card. So the SD card is only useful for user content such as pictures, music and videos; but, the problem is that a smartphone is "smart" based on apps. This phone is useless as a smartphone, simply because you have 600 MB of truly available internal memory for apps, and that's it. After about a week or two, your apps have filled that limited space, and you are stuck. You can't move the apps to the SD card, due to Android limitations. And you can't download apps directly to the SD card. So, what you end up with is an empty SD card and internal memory so limited that you can't use the phone as a smartphone. So, all that quality and the other quite lovely specifications for a phone at this price are useless. The phone is worthless. Personally, I'm going to use mine as a jailbreaking experiment, since it wont' even matter if I brick it, since it's otherwise useless as a smartphone. Too bad. I really wanted to like this phone.

WORST PHONE I HAVE EVER OWNED
Do NOT make the mistake of purchasing this phone. Its probably the worst product out there. I've had this phone a few months and it has crashed on me 3 times because of "storage issues". I have an SD card, I've moved all my apps, and have a cache clearer set, and it still crashes.
The Camera is only good in certain lighting other wise it's useless.
Apps run slow.
I will never buy an LG product again because of my experience with this phone.
If you want to throw away money go ahead an buy this.
