I purchased my LG UN270 exactly 1 yr and 40days ago and the touchscreen became completely frozen. Took it in to Verizon and once they looked at it , they said there was nothng that could be done. Features
wouldn't open and the screen became un responsive.Just poor quality, as well as a strong disappointment towards this product.

this phone is really amazing, it is my favorite colors and i thank lg for that, there are only a few problems with this phone, the touch screen; it automatically clicks while scrolling and calls random contacts, it is also a little to sensitive, i've actually "butt called" people... you know how that goes. but the worst problem of all it the lack of video on the UN270 (LG Attune) there should be video integration, Lg should put it in on the next firmware update. Because i want to be able to record my memories with friends and i want to be able to watch other friends memories. and this is the reason for the 3 stars on features. except for these problems the phone is flawless

I replaced my old LG Script :( with this new phone. At first I was upset because I thought it had too many things to learn. After 3 days of normal use, I can use it like a pro! Very easy to navigate, easy to answer, and love the touchscreen! Thank you, LG for another awesome product!

This phone has some great features, and these features make for the reason to purchase the phone. However in order to use the phone you have to unlock it each time you use it, and while using it the phone locks up. For example if you call a number and then add an extension the phone locks up which you have to unlock before continuing. You have to unlock the phone in order to answer it. Now you don't punch in any code which would make sense, just numerous extra steps to use the phone. When asking the carrier how to get around this they say its a flaw of the phone. Don't waste your money.
