lousy phone
Date:December 2, 2011
"This has to be the worst phone ever. Random turn-offs, unresponsive keyboard, oversensitive keyboard, unresponsive touchscreen, random unlock after locking resulting in butt-calls, etc. Just an overall terrible phone experience."

Best Features: Style/Design, easy to use
"purchased this phone NEW just over a month ago and now waiting for my 2nd replacement. This phone randomly makes calls in the middle of the night. Now was asked to do a software update only to have it fry my phone, lost all contacts because I thought they had set up my backup assistant and it was not. Now without the phone for about a week waiting on the refurbished replacement."

Pretty good phone
Date:November 20, 2011
Best Features: Almost everything
Cons: Feels like if I drop it the screen will crack
"I have had this phone for about 2 weeks now. It works great so far! I haven't had very many problems at all. One night it was lit up when I woke up and I'm not sure why. And then the Daily Scoop ad everyone talks about has only shown up once and I disabled it like someone's instructions said and I haven't had any issues with it since.
The screen is pretty easy to use, but sometimes a little touchy...
The keyboard is nice and the keys are spaced nicely. Some people don't like the texture, but I don't mind it.
Pretty much over all a good phone. So much better than the Intensity which I had before. And I don't know why people have had so many problems with it because I haven't really had any. I am glad I got this phone.
Also the battery is pretty good. Since i got it 2 weeks ago I have probably charged it 3 or 4 times, but I am not a huge texter... but I do text often."

This phone is annoying.
Date:November 8, 2011
"You can lock the phone simply by pressing a button on the side. The phone unlocks, however, by pressing this same button twice.
Once unlocked, the phone will send texts, make pocket dials, and open up applications that require data usage with the slightest grazing of the touch screen or physical buttons.
Every time I open my phone, some new application I've never used is running.
The touch screen works during calls, so if the phone touches your cheek at any point, you've hung up on whoever you're talking to.
Don't be fooled by the touch screen and full keyboard. They work fine, but they aren't worth it.
(I doubt this review will make it to the official LG site. If your job is to screen the bad reviews, please inform your supervisors that LG dropped the ball on this phone.)"
