This phone is very easy to use I love the ease of use that comes with this phone! It allows me to do most of what I need to do without having to pay hundreds of dollars for a smart phone. I don't like that I can't respond to group texts and I don't like that there are quite a few apps I can't download because they are incompatible! April 10, 2014
Proud Owner of the Optimus Zone This little guy can really take a beating and come back and still work. I have dropped it so many times and this phone has taken a lot of abuse. the only set back is that the phone's back and battery go flying when the device is dropped so a little scotch tape to hold the back on usually does the trick. I have dropped this one quite a bit but it still comes back to the bases swinging. The screen hasn't cracked or anything. this is one of Lg's best products anyway. I like the phones but I'm not always happy with the tv's oh well Kudos on the phone tech they're quite awesome and the Zone takes a beating and is perfect for those with small hands. I just loose it in my pockets it's so light. The textured back makes it easier to grip too. But as far as cellphones go you've out done yourselves with the Optimus Zone the only complaint is that there needs to be an upgrade on the OS from Gingerbread it probably could handle a bigger overhaul on the OS. Versatile, makes touch screens less scary. :P When I discovered that the only smartphones I could get through my wireless provider were the touch screen sort, I was worried because I had handled friend's touch screens before and found them very difficult to use. When I got my new phone, I found it was a lot easier to use than I had anticipated. And the features on the phone permit me to use it for so many things that I find myself doing a lot more with it than I ever thought possible. I think the only things I don't like are the difficulty involved in resending texts (I have to retype them) and the fact that the speakerphone is sometimes a little temperamental. This is the second LG brand phone I have (the first was the LG 900), and I am finding that I like the brand enough I will probably be content to stick with it in the future, so long as the quality, usefulness, and ease of operation hold true.
