Rated 2 out of 5 by Good but not reliable. Has a good sized screen with a sharp image but isn't too big and still fits in all my pants pockets. The screen is extremely scratch resistant. I decided to forgo a screen protector and even after several months I just have to wipe it with a cloth and it looks as crisp as new. Even after putting it in my pocket with keys and coins several times. Has a decent battery life and plenty of features, some of which I wish were optional and not ending up being unused bloatware. My LG Spectrum 2 died after 10 months and the store couldn't get it working again so they sent a replacement. The new phone's screen would freeze and flicker occasionally. After 6 more months the new phone's LCD assembly died and my screen went pure white. While it worked it was decent but with 2 phones dying in a row in less than a year each, I don't recommend them. Aside from a few minor mistakes (phone in pocket with keys) I've taken good care of my Spectrum 2's, so it's not abuse that killed them. If you do get this phone, make sure you insure it after a year when the manufacturer's warranty is up. May 29, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by HORRIBLE i hate hate hate hate this phone. i thought it was amazing when i first got it. but it went down hill fast. i have only had it for 7 months and it freezes and is sooooo slow. when i am texting if another text, or email, or anything like that comes in the phone will freeze for at least 2 minutes sometimes longer. the camera is the only good thing about this phone..... i hate it soooo much. i cant handle this phone for another year and a half so now i have to buy another one...... Rated 5 out of 5 by Durability is out of this world A few weeks ago I was in a car wreck where the car flipped. Going around 45 mph the phone was thrown out the sunroof. 5 days later my brother found my phone stuck in the mud. Now in this 5 days period it snowed 5 inches sleeted and rained. My brother brought me my phone and we charged it. It came on with no problems not even a scratch was on the phone. remarkable even with the snow and rain no issues with the phone. This is why my family are LG fans!!!! March 3, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by TERRIBLE camera!! I was very impressed by the look of this phone when I first saw it. Demo went well so I bought it! The software has been glitchy, especially with email and text. I have items in outbox with pics that will never send, so I continually have to delete email accounts and reinstall. Text msgs show up that I can never delete (they look like spam). The camera is the WORST!! I have had two of these phones (replaced once due to software issues) and both have this green, hazy dot in the middle of the pics. You can see it on the screen before even taking the pic and there is absolutely nothing that can be done about it. I would choose my old Incredible2 in a heartbeat! December 19, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great phone with some anoyances I will start with the annoyances: It's a square phone with sharp corners. I did put this in my pocket at the Verizon store, and thought,"this isn't bad". However, day after day in your pocket it gets bothersome..hard to get in and out of your pocket, pinching sometimes. The call network signal gets lost, totally sometimes. Then you have to wait until it comes back to make a phone call. The antenna is in the back cover, connected with spring loaded points. I am not sure why the call network goes my old phone didn't do that. The good things: The camera is pretty good for up close pictures, landscapes, but a little touchy with sunsets. If you have too bright of a sunset it won't adjust ISO automatically enough. If the sunset is too orange, it will look yellow.Adjusting ISO and on sunny and sunset will work ok. Apps work pretty well most are fast and without lag. Battery life is good, unless in a metal building using 3g/4g..but that is normal for allot of phones. I don't like that you cannot turn on and off mobile 3g/4g on the top bar, have to go into when Im in that metal building. For some reason I can't access my work e-mail with wifi, so have to use 3g/4g..of coarse by 2pm my battery is dead. The large screen is clear and easily adjustable for brightness on the top bar..I like this allot. If in bed I turn the brightness down, outside, I turn it up. It's great to watch tv and videos on. Speaker is hard to hear sometimes, so I use my blue tooth headphones. There are allot of options in the contacts lists for extra items. Connection to computer works well for transferring photos, music, files. The large screen is nice to see better, but with the top icons were a but bigger, they are hard to see for me. or I could make them bigger. November 19, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Phone for the Price I've had my Spectrum 2 for over a year, and I love it. The screen is bigger than the rest of my families' iPhones, and the graphics are just as good. I never have latency between screens, etc., and the buttons are well-placed for easy use. Battery life is satisfactory at 100% brightness, but lowering to 70% extends the life significantly. The only problem I have is that once in a while after an update, it shuts itself down and I have to do a batter pull to reboot it. Definitely not an issue, as it only happens about once a month. Rated 3 out of 5 by The battery life is not good! I upgraded to this phone because they had a good deal running some kind of back to school special, well now I know why. I have to charge the phone twice a day just for regular use with wifi and my apps. Also I am having issues with apps that I downloaded off of the playstore to not be working correctly. The funny thing is my husband has the same phone but none of the same issues. I believe this to be because my phone was the floor model and he's was brand new in the box. I will never get another LG phone I knew I should have went for the Samsung that's what I had before and never had any issues. And guess what the same thing happened to me, before you can figure out all the glitches that your having its to late to trade it in and you have to be stuck with it. A very disappointed customer.
