Best DEVICE ever.
I knew I wanted this phone the first time I saw it! It does everthing I want and more. I know there is probably 75% more features I don't even know about but the ones I use are fabulous! The one and only drawback is the battery life. Terrible and no way of upgrading since it is closed and accessible only to certified techs. I have overcome that problem since my work allows me to have a charging source always and good thing because using google maps really draws a lot of power. Overall, I love my device.

Based upon other reviews, better than I expected
I have had this phone for over 4 months so I'm fairly sure I used all of the basic features by now.
The large screen makes viewing pictures, directions and emails much easier than on my previous phones with only 4 inch screens.
The call quality is good, I can hear the caller and the caller can hear me.
The only drawback so far is that graphic intensive games drain the battery. On days when I am just making calls and sending texts, there is plenty of battery left at end of the day.

3rd replacement phone in the mail now.
Bought my phone in late fall 2012, LG update issued in Feb/March 2013 took out phone and had to have replacement sent out. Was working fine until last week when it would no longer turn on. Hard factory reset, no changes, 2nd replacement sent out. 1 week later same problem happens again, would not turn on. Hard factory reset again, no changes. 3rd replacement on its way now.
I am actually a fan of this phone and when it is working properly is great, however I cannot give any rating above poor until I have a phone that works more than a couple months or even a week for that matter.

I've had an Intuition for about 8 months now. I consider it to be something of an electronic pocket knife - it might not be The Best at any one thing, but if you'd rather carry around one thing that will do everything well instead of a bag full of "bests", then I'd recommend this phone. I use it to read ebooks, watch videos, listen to music and books on tape, and all the other 'normal' utility apps like calendar, alarm, email, weather, maps, etc. I also have access to a Kindle Fire, but find I actually prefer my Intuition as it's lighter and easier to hold without being too small, and the aspect ratio is nicer. I also have a job where it's useful to have access to various reference documents 24/7, and this phone is perfect for that, letting me do away with the folders or larger tablets/laptops my fellow managers carry. I regularly use it to take notes at meetings and jot down ideas at my desk, further reducing the clutter of every day life. I have used it to play games as well, but more rarely. I have a feeling if you primarily wanted a phone for video and games, a different aspect ratio would be preferable, but for my mixed recreational and business usage, heavy on text, it's absolutely perfect. And I haven't had any problems losing the stylus, which I use constantly, as I found a custom fit book-cover style case for both the phone and stylus on eBay which is perfect.
