Rated 4 out of 5 by BabyMaisy1 It's been a nice phone! I'll have had this phone almost 2 years now. It's certainly not perfect, but it gets the job done. I got it because of the large screen and I love it, don't think I could go back to a smaller screened phone. Takes some getting used to talking on it. It does freeze up sometimes and I usually don't get texts that are sent in a group message, which is annoying. I charge my phone at night while I'm sleeping and usually about 1 or 2pm I have to put it back on the charger. Alarm clock doesn't always go off if there's a bunch of notifications also, so make sure to have a back-up alarm clock. Camera takes pretty nice pictures. The large screen makes emails, Facebook, texting, etc so much more enjoyable. It also gets a lot of people to talk to me about it, they want to know what it is since it's not a very popular phone but it's big! Has a lot of memory so you can take lots of pictures and have a bunch of apps and it doesn't seem to effect anything. I've dropped it many times over these last 2 years and there's no cracks, scratches or any problems with it from a drop. July 15, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Jackson050 For a phone to have No one like it. Its Great. Everyone is scared to drop a phone. I threw this one as hard as I could Crushing the Battery inside like and accordion, (Screen still Works) No glass to break makes it awesome. Ive had to bend mine back out for one reason or the other. Many time This phone should have been dead. I have had mine since 2012 having 1 replacement because of Water damage. Downside is all the Bloatware INSTALLED! just cleaned mine and fastest phone Ive ever owned.. July 13, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 the lg-vs950 phone is the worse design ever to replace the battery you must buy special tools. you must take a lot of time to unscrew 2 of the tiniest screws on earth. after that you must pry off the back of the cover plate. you have to have a special tool for this too. none of these tools come with the phonel. taking the back off is not easy nor is it quickl. its a miracle if you don't loose or break the two screws. the special battery replacement tool kit I bought did not have the correct tool to unscrew the inside screw used to hold down the wire attaching the battery to the phone. I had to go buy another drive. I will never buy anything else from LG because this terrible design. you cant switch out batteries quickly when runs out of juice like all the other phones. Rated 4 out of 5 by Phoblet Lover My Pho-blet Yeah, got lot of comments about its size initially, but now other phones are large too, so it's not as noticeable. The first one died quickly, within 2 weeks, but its replacement has lasted 2 years. I LOVE this phone. The browser was slow, but replacing it with Chrome solved that problem. There are power management issues, but I love the phone so much I have developed ways to compensate: keep it charging in the car, charge it every night while I sleep, turn-off bluetooth when not in-use, etc. LOVE the large screen. LOVE the many features. I have installed several apps and use it for everything: calendar, shopping lists, membership cards, navigation, EVERYTHING. Even bought a wallet-case for it that holds credit cards too, it's the only thing I usually carry. February 21, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Quinn Good While It Lasts I have had this phone for about a year, and I want to throw it out the window. I bought this phone because I am a gamer, and I wanted to play games on my phone as well, but the lag just kills it. It takes an ENTIRE MINUTE to load up 2 icons. No, just no. December 29, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by kitty 59 Awesome phone!!!! I have absolutely loved this phone and am saddened that it will no longer be available. The picture/video quality is the best I've seen. I feel I will be down grading picking anything else :( I will still be moving to an LG phone when my contract renews none the less because I know I can depend on and trust the quality of LG. Rated 1 out of 5 by collegeartstudent Half way through my contract and I cant stand it. I've only had this phone for a year, meaning I still have another full year with it, and I absolutely hate it. It runs slow and lags constantly. The battery only lasts a few hours tops even with a full nights charge. Not to mention half the time my text messages just don't send and half the time it won't even notify me that I have a text message when I do. I am seriously considering buying a full price phone so I don't have to deal with this for another full year. November 29, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Dottianne7 Everything a smartphone should be and more... After 2 years of pain, disgust and frustration with another vendor smartphone, I finally threw in the towel for a new smartphone. I was also in the market to get an ipad. The Verizon salesperson showed me the LG Intuition. With savings in the bank, I walked out of the store looking forward to check out my new toy. After almost 2 years, I can honestly say that this has been the best investment in communication and entertainment equipment I have made in a single purchase! I don't need to list all the features and functions it has - I can vouch though that they all work with ease and no issues that causes me mental angst (unlike my former phone). To solve the size issue that makes others raise an eyebrow or two, I have a case that holds the pen so I am not searching for it, and I have a small phone purse that holds the entire phone, a backup battery charger, and all the necessary accessories I need on the go. Because I have small hands, I solve the problem of holding the phone by using a headset - works just great! The phone case has a stand that works wondeful when watching videos or movies. Texting? Not a problem - I am a one finger texter (even with the prior phones), so holding the phone with one hand and texting with my index finger or pen works just fine. Reading or viewing anything on the screen is the best! Can't beat this phone in this category! Even my 5 yr old grandson always chooses my LG Intuition over all our other relatives' phones to play his games and watch his kid movies - hands down. Also, it truly acts like a GPS - I can actually see and read the map and direction with ease, even though the voice direction does help with advance notices. And, with the added apps that is compatible with my computer, I can actually work on this phone anywhere, anytime and not have to take out my laptop to do the work. Sames me time and effort, especially while travelling. One other thing, because I can do my business anywhere and anytime, I used to take my laptop with me every where. Because of the size of the screen, the clarity of color and text, I no longer have to lug my laptpp with me every where. The presentations display beautifully on this little phone - amazes everyone I show these presentations to. August 30, 2014
