I love my enV touch
Date:July 22, 2010
Best Features: easy to use
"My sister and I both purchased and have been using the enV touch for about 3 months. We both have no complaints. It is a good phone with many possibilities. I especially like to text on it because you can turn it any way on the external screen. If you don't feel like a touchscreen then simply open it up and you have a full keyboard!"

Good Phone Overall
Date:July 20, 2010
Best Features: Style/Design, easy to use
"Good phone overall with some quirks. Purchased for my wife. She is happy with it. It does ocasionally need a reset and I had an issue with the reatining mechanism for the battery. Other than that it's got a great keyboard though you might want to remap those hardware keeys so you're not pocket surfing accruing data charges."

Phone shuts off at will
Date:July 19, 2010
Best Features: camera most of the time
"This phone shuts down whenever it feels like it.
The sound quality is not as good as it should be and it doesn't always perform the best when trying to use the touch screen. If you want to really know how people feel go to a verizon site and see the comments. I have taken this phone in to be fixed and it still does the same thing. I was very disappointed since I like LG products. My daughter has the same phone and hers does the same thing.

Torn between two phones
Date:July 14, 2010
Best Features: Style/Design
"Well, my previous LG Env phone was getting old and my Verizon phone plan was up so I decided to upgrade my phone to this Env Touch phone. I like it but I also don't. I am not as crazy about the touch features as I though I would be so if I could do again, I would get a regular Env with push buttons instead. I also don't like the fact that I don't get as good of a reception with this phone when I am using my blue tooth. I just think that the touch features are a personal preference thing and not something to look down on when deciding on this phone but I do think that LG could do better with the reception problem."
