I love this phone, unfortunately I think I am the only one that does. The built in earpiece is great, but I have had two of them stop working for no known reason. When I tried to get the second one replaced I was told that this phone in no longer in production and that the built in earpiece is no longer available.

Great design, until it breaks
I originally bought this phone from Verizon less than a year ago. As a wedding planner in California who is constantly on the road I loved that my bluetooth would always be charged and attached to my phone. It certainly has come in handy probably hundreds of times over the last year, especially since it's now illegal to drive holding your phone in CA. However, as I near the 1-year-anniversary of purchasing my phone, a tiny, insignificant looking piece of plastic broke off of the phone body. Not when I dropped it (which I have done exactly twice) but simply as I was setting my alarm (using the keypad on the opposite side mind you). And when I discovered the purpose of the tiny peice, I found that it was the only thing holding the bluetooth's metal nodes to the phone body (mandatory for charging through the phone). Now the brilliant design is down the toilet as the bluetooth won't stay connected to the body and I have to charge them seperatly (using the one charger cord the phone came with). The best part is that when I took the phone to Verizon to be fixed, they no longer carry it so it can't be replaced, AND their genius fix for my precious peice of technology was "super glue it". Overall, I would say this is a brilliantly designed phone, which seems to have been built with the cheapest, most fragile plastic available. Go waste your money elsewhere.
