Ehhhhh....
Date:July 19, 2010
Best Features: Features/Settings, Style/Design, easy to use
"I really liked the phone at first and still like the functionality of it but now that I am on my third replacement, I have to say that it is not the most durable of phones. All 3 have had the same problems of freezing up... sometimes with a solid white screen. They also power off randomly even with full battery charge. Signal strength is OK... better than some, not as good as others. I love the keyboard and find the menu system very easy to navigate. The quick setup features are very nice, as well. I like the design and layout of the phone with one exception... the phone is way too easy to unlock accidentally."

Worst Phone I've owned!
Date:July 2, 2010
Best Features: Style/Design
Cons: Value, Features/Settings, junk
"When this phone came out I thought it would be ideal for me since I send over 300 text a day. However, within a week I noticed that when I carried the phone in my pockets, it would shut off on its own. Then I noticed the phone would lag during texting and other operations. So I took it back and and insurance covered a new one. Once again, within about a month this time, it would shut off on its own, but this time the inside screen began to fade out like an old TV. It got to the point I couldn't open my phone to do anything, so I took it back and insurance bought me another one. The 3rd phone I had for about 3 months before the screen cracked in my pocket, and I once again couldn't use the phone while open. So now I'm on my 4th ENV3...and it's lagging once again. I absolutely hate this phone so much, but all the insurance covers is the same piece of garbage. Don't ever buy this phone!"

"I had to repair/replace this phone 4 times while I had it. The screen stopped working all the time. Then it started peeling. It was the worst phone I've ever had."

Good for what I need
Date:April 15, 2010
Best Features: Performance, Style/Design, Quality
"I wanted a phone with a full keyboard for texting and a good camera to nice pictures. The keyboard is great, it makes texting so much easier. The camera is decent, and has enough pixels, but the pictures aren't always clear. I know it's probably the way I'm taking the pictures, but with all the camera technology out there, it should be easier for me to get a clear picture. Cameras are almost idiot proof with the way they adjust and focus everything for you, I just thought this camera would be a better quality. However, it isn't a camera, it's a phone... and the pictures are way better than the blocky pictures on my husband's phone. The video is really blocky too. I avoid using it now that I saw how blocky it is. I also wish I could have the phone closed to use a few of the features."
