"Dropped on two occasions in water and continued to work just fine! This is an amazing phone, well built and durable. My only complaint is the speakerphone quality could be better."

I love this phone!
Date:April 8, 2010
Best Features: Style/Design, easy to use, Quality
Cons: shuts off randomly, battery life is not too good
"I enjoy this phone. I've had it for about a month now, and I've got no complaints. Except for the fact that the phone tends to restart on its own for no good reason at times. But once you get past that little perk, it's a pretty good phone. It has a stylish look, feels good in the hand, and has a great keyboard for speed-texting. I'm glad that the spacebar was moved to the center of the keyboard, which is a feature the enV and enV2 lacked (their spacebars were in the bottom left and right corners). All in all, I love this phone and everything it has to offer. I would just be glad if its little restarting problem would stop occurring."

Good phone,but...
Date:April 4, 2010
Best Features: easy to use, Performance, Style/Design
Cons: Value
"I brought this phone because it seem like a good phone for someone who likes to text...and since Im a person who can text all day I brought the phone. The only issue that I have with this phone is that after I purchesed the phone in Jan. 2010 the phone started to cut off and I can't figure out if its something Im doing with the phone or just the phone itself. So the reviews on Verizon I would pay more attention to it...."

This phone is a JOKE
Date:March 3, 2010
"After only having this phone for 2 weeks, we started having problems. Took it to the phone provider, whom did an update. Didn't work. So then they sent us out "certified used" phones, which didn't make me happy, I paid for a new phone and only had it for about 6 weeks. The "certified" phone has been a joke on its own. This weeks problem is that the power/end button doesn't work, you have to take out the battery to get it to "reprogram", and that lasts for only an hour, then the phone shuts itself off, and you can't turn it back on because the power button doesn't work. Don't know where to go to get any help, the phone carrier blames LG."
