Never Again!
Date:April 6, 2010
Cons: Value, Features/Settings, Difficult to use
"I purchased this phone about 6 months ago and have already had to have it replaced because the touch screen quit working. What is very frustrating is that when the touch screen quits you can not access anything other than your most recent call. When I made the purchase I was never told or given the option of purchasing the keyboard. I would never own another nor would I recommend it to anyone!"

Expensive Paperweight
Date:March 15, 2010
Cons: Value
"This is the worse phone that I have ever owned. I have had the phone since October and now it has decided that it doesn't want me to be able to use the touch screen. So if a number is not in my contacts I cannot call it and since I didn't buy the keyboard I can't text with it either. This phone hase become one of the most expensive paperweights ever. I would never recomend this phone to another person."

Great Phone
Date:March 9, 2010
Best Features: Quality, Features/Settings, easy to use, Performance, Style/Design
"I have had This phone for 8 months now,This phone exceeds my expectations.I purchased the optional key pad/cover and would recomend that anyone who has this phone purchase one as well,It keeps the touch screen from coming on when you dont want it to. I would be hard pressed to trade this phone in on another. This phone is a huge improvment over my origanal en v.LG just makes superior products."

LG Should Remove this From Its Website
Date:February 26, 2010
Best Features: Style/Design
Cons: Value
"Verizon Wireless no long offers the LG Versa to its customers. It had a very short run with the company, though the promise of longevity was clear when first offered. The phone itself has been a major disappointment. Its web browsing capability is extremely limited. The Versa browses the web at an anemic pace and once there does not offer true html browsing quality. And it is certainly not up-to-date regarding social networking. Forget about Facebook. The attachable qwerty keyboard is good for texting, and texting with pics and video is quite good. But using the talk function of the phone with the attachable keyboard is a bit annoying. Overall, this phone does not make the grade."
