"I previously owned an LG enV Touch from Verizon but I had to return it due to the bugs in it. I exchanged it for an LG Versa and I am glad I did. It is a more fun phone with cool features. I have to say however, you need to purchase the QWERTY keyboard attachment (if you are a texter like myself)to get the full feel of the phone. The stylus that comes with it is also a plus if you dont like fingerprints on your screen. My only complaint is that there should be a few more apps and internet shortcuts for the phone. I think the 2.0 Megapixel camera should be upgraded but it is not a major flaw."
"I have had the Versa for over a month now. It is quite durable, seeing as how I have dropped it several times and it works just fine. I like how there is the option to remove the keyboard so that it could easily fit into a pocket. The reason this phone is only okay is that the software is terrible. Often times I will receive a message and when I touch the button on the screen to view it, while the button darkens (acknowledging that I pressed it) it will take up to 15 seconds to switch or it won't switch at all. I have had other similar problems with other functions. I want to be clear, though, the phone is overall a good one it's just very annoying having to deal with spotty software. When they fix the problems it will be a much better value."
"Let me preface this by saying that this is my first touch screen phone. I really like the external keyboard and the overall function of the phone. I do occasionally have problems with the touch screen where I have to touch the same item two or three times for it to register. It's an intermittent problem. There is a stylus that comes with the phone. If there was a place to store it in the phone or the case it would be really useful but I don't care to carry it around as I'm sure I'll lose it. Like I said before, I really like the phone, just wish that the touch screen was a little more accurate and responsive sometimes."
