Can you please tell me if the clear film on the inside of the door is supposed to be removed prior to use or does it stay?
We appreciate your interest in this microwave oven. There is not supposed to be any film on the device, anywhere, during operations. Any film is for packing and shipping protection, and should be removed.

Do you have this microwave available with a smaller cubic feet?
The LG 2.0 cu. ft. Countertop Microwave Oven with EasyClean®, Model # LCRT2010BD is only available as a a 2.0 cubic feet capacity. There are other LG Microwaves available with smaller capacities but the model number will not be the same once any feature, specifications or the capacity changes. Model numbers are the same for units that have the same features and specifications but only differ in color...^IFV

The Power levels range from 0-10 with 10 being the highest power setting that you can use to boil water, cook poultry pieces or tender cuts of meat etc., Power Level '1' can be used for keeping casseroles and main dishes warm or to soften butter and cream cheese...^IFV

Hello - can we use the LG CRT 2010 BD Microwave as built - in and not a countertop unit ?
The LG 2.0 cu. ft. Countertop Microwave Oven with EasyClean®, Model # LCRT2010BD cannot be placed above a gas or electric range and free air flow around the unit is important. You need to allow at least 4 inches of space around the top, sides and the back of the unit for proper ventilation. You will also need to make sure that all air vents are kept clear during cooking. If they are covered or obstructed, the oven may overheat and should that happen, a sensitive thermal safety device will automatically turn the oven off and render it inoperable until it has cooled sufficiently. There is an LG Microwave Trim Kit available for this unit, Model # MK2030DA...^IFV

Regarding the LCRT2010 Microwave Oven and the auto shutoff clock feature, I see in several post that there is no way to disable this shutoff function. Question: What's the point of the Clock On/Off setting in the control panel and Users Guide?
The feature that you are referring to as the "auto shutoff clock feature" on the LG 2.0 cu. ft. Countertop Microwave Oven with EasyClean®, Model # LCRT2010BD is the Energy Saving feature. When the unit is inactive for a while, the display is turned off to save energy. The unit does not have a "Clock On/Off" button on the panel. It has a Clock touchpad that is used to set the clock and enter the time with. When the display turns off, touching any pad on the control panel will display the clock...^IFV
