What People Are Saying

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed The silicon that seals the cooktop peeled of within a month of purchase. Pots and pans have to be able to work with the heating system otherwise it takes a long time to boil water or cook. The ovens work great and the clean up is super easy

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We were amazed at how well a tenderloin roast came out. Even color all through it. Can only be done with even heat. We have only owned it less than a week and are loving it. A little more complicated than our old basic stove, but love it anyway.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great stove with a few disappointments Have the stove more than six months now. Can't say enough about how amazing the double oven feature is! The convection is great as well. Cuts cooking time, which I appreciate. Stove top cooks well. With repeated use, my I only wish is that there was a large burner in the rear, not both up front. The dials are beginning to wear. They are cumbersome and in my opinion just in the way. The front plate that houses the dials scratches easily and is hard to maintain. Over all I do appreciate the stove, the disappointments are lessons learned for future stove purchases.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful range I purchased it after we remodeled our kitchen. Bakes beautifully, both regular and convection.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Huge Disappointment I purchased the range/stove approx 2 months ago and have come to believe that this was a big mistake. The stovetop requires gentle use and care. The glass stovetop is easily scratched by sliding pans. You also need to be careful not to drop a pot or you could crack the glass surface. It is also difficult to keep clean, you really need to use elbow grease to get the smallest of spills out....moreover, it requires constant cleaning (black shows everything). The oven works great, however the "Easy Clean" feature is useless, does not work even on the smallest of spills. All my appliances and TV's are LG and I love them all, but this stove gets a big thumbs down for me. Sorry LG.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from pleasurable cooking I purchased my LG electric range in July 2016. It has proven to be so much more than your usual range. In addition to its bright presence, I like my options when cooking on the stovetop and I like the beautiful double ovens. They are so convenient and they don't disappoint.

Hi! What is the absolute lowest heat setting for the convection oven? I'd like to be able to turn on the fan to use to slightly dry some recipes out but not have heat flowing where it will cook. Please tell me this is possible! Thanks so much!

Asked by: Karen8
We appreciate your interest in this electric range. According to the information listed on page 21 of the owner’s manual, it appears that lowest temperature specified on this model is 170 degrees, which is available on the BAKE setting. The WARM setting also appears to have a 170 degree lowest setting. However, the PROOFING setting will not operate if the oven is over 125 degrees, and is more common around 100 degrees.

Can I bake in the bottom oven without using convection setting, and get same results as the top conventional oven?

Asked by: Newbaker614
The Convection Modes (Convection Roast and Convection Bake) in the lower oven for the LG 7.3 cu. ft. Electric Double Oven Range with ProBake Convection®, EasyClean®, Model # LDE4413ST are selectable modes. The oven can be programmed to bake at any temperature from 170 °F (80 °C) to 550 °F (285 °C). The default temperature is 350 °F (175 °C). The convection fan will operate periodically throughout a normal bake cycle in the lower oven. That is normal for and it is to ensure even baking results...^IFV

Is it possible to lock the doors when the oven is working

Asked by: Pelle
The LOCKOUT feature automatically locks the oven door and prevents most oven and cooktop controls from being activated. This option is set by pressing and holding the LOWER CLEAR/OFF button for 3 seconds.

I have the LDE4413ST Electric Range. Does the "UltraHeat Power Boil" cooktop element simply heat up faster, or does it heat hotter than the other dual element burner, or both?

Asked by: edanieli
It definitely brings water to a boil a lot faster.
