What People Are Saying

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lovely addition to our kitchen This range is exactly what I wanted when I bought it three months ago. I used it to make Thanksgiving dinner and the two ovens were a feature that I had hoped would be perfect. The problem became evident when the lower rack of the lower oven did not heat the same as the top shelf. It was a bit harrowing to not have the turkey breast heat up after one hour. I promised myself I would read the manual to see if there is a technique that I missed but I have not done that to date. I spot clean the top after cooking and clean the grills and surfaces completely once a week. That said, the black surface is cleaned with a microfiber cloth and looks new. The stainless is not so easy to keep spotless and not scratch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the double oven The double oven is so versatile - I can bake in the upper oven and roast in the lower oven at two different temperatures - at the same time! The oven is easy to clean and easy to use. The musical timers took some getting used to, but now I really like them - it makes my kitchen unique. The ultra heat burner is also a winner - it quickly heats up a large enamel dutch oven, just be careful not to rest your cooking utensils on the side of the pot - they can heat up quickly! Overall, I'm so happy with this purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LG LDG4315BD gas range Range and features are terrific! Purchased online from Costco. they set up delivery/installation/haul away of old range, all included in price, lower than anyone locally. Range and ovens are excellent, easy to program and use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Uneven Cooking We purchased this oven in 6 months ago. It cooks nothing even. Cakes are not done in the middle. Items burn on the edges. I was told to use the convection oven. Nice solution, that means one of the ovens is useless

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Now I'm a great cook This range took me from being a good cook to being a great cook. The five burners enable me to multi task a meal. The grill is there to promote my creativity. In a flash I can whip up an interesting quesadilla or crank out simple, evenly cooked pancakes for a crowd. My grilled cheese is has a light brown crispness like a crunchy potato chip outside and is warm and creamy inside. Love experimenting with the two ovens. Still learning how to use the pizza oven. The larger, convection oven is amazing. Cookies come out golden brown. Not one is darker than another. Used my burners/ovens nearly every meal for a week of Christmas vacation. Had fed twenty plus guests by the end of the week. Cooking was always a pleasure as I had so many volunteers who wanted to try out my new range.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice finish Converting to gas from electric range. Loved the blue interior. Initially the igniters failed, twice. Two service calls and a part replacement later it is working great. The LG service was polite and responsive. We love it and the griddle is a fantastic feature. We enjoy cooking again and love the oven.

Where does the gas line and stop lie under this particular model

Asked by: Fredxchg
The Gas Regulator Valve for the LG 6.9 cu. ft. Gas Double Oven Range with ProBake Convection®, EasyClean® and Gliding Rack, Model # LDG4315ST can be found about halfway up the back of the unit toward the left side if you are standing behind the unit. The owner's manual recommends that the Gas Pipe location should be in an area extending from the floor to a height of 11.8125" (11 13/16") to the left of the center line within a width of 7.75" (712/16") to the left of the center line of the space between your cabinets and within a height of 6.7" to the right of the center line and within a width of 5.875" (5 14/16") to the right of the center line. Standard Kitchen cabinets have a width of 30" so the center line should be 15" from the right or left cabinet...^IFV

I need to buy a l.p. conversion kit for this. Can you send me a link to where I can find the correct kit?

just installed and because no indent on back of oven will not push back to wall have a 4 inch gap and front protrudes past counter how to fix ? also top oven door does not open flat so if lower setting is used for rack it hits door when sliding out can?

Asked by: jack57
We regret the trouble you have experienced with this gas range. According to our information, it seems that the gas and electrical connections should properly fit behind the machine, in a space 3” from the left and reaching an additional 17 15/16” across. The clearance is also listed for 3 3/16” from the back wall. As this is a standard clearance for such a connection, it is recommended to check behind this range to see if there is anything obstructing the movement of this device. Please contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000 for additional assistance.

How do I adjust the temperature while baking.

Asked by: Freda1957
We appreciate your interest in this gas range. During the baking process, should the temperature need to be changed, simply press the BAKE button again, adjust the temperature, and then press START. This should allow the change in operation.
