Love the product but the registration was an exercise in major frustration.i was not here when installed in February and so the serial # was not accessible until i fpund two young people to pull the stove out and get the #. At 81 i do not move large heavy ewuipment. When I called about locating the #, the phone consultant was totally blaze and almost rude.

We purchased this LG gas stove in August of 2016. It has the double ovens and I absolutely LOVE having 2 ovens. I don't know how I ever cooked huge meals before with just one oven. This is an awesome stove. It has great features, heats up to the proper temp. in such a short amount of time. ( I was having to wait about an hour or so for the oven to get to the temp. on my old gas stove.) So this is amazing. I LOVE my LG Double Oven Gas stove.

Lovely addition to our kitchen
This range is exactly what I wanted when I bought it three months ago. I used it to make Thanksgiving dinner and the two ovens were a feature that I had hoped would be perfect. The problem became evident when the lower rack of the lower oven did not heat the same as the top shelf. It was a bit harrowing to not have the turkey breast heat up after one hour. I promised myself I would read the manual to see if there is a technique that I missed but I have not done that to date. I spot clean the top after cooking and clean the grills and surfaces completely once a week. That said, the black surface is cleaned with a microfiber cloth and looks new. The stainless is not so easy to keep spotless and not scratch.

Love the double oven
The double oven is so versatile - I can bake in the upper oven and roast in the lower oven at two different temperatures - at the same time! The oven is easy to clean and easy to use. The musical timers took some getting used to, but now I really like them - it makes my kitchen unique. The ultra heat burner is also a winner - it quickly heats up a large enamel dutch oven, just be careful not to rest your cooking utensils on the side of the pot - they can heat up quickly! Overall, I'm so happy with this purchase.

Range and features are terrific! Purchased online from Costco. they set up delivery/installation/haul away of old range, all included in price, lower than anyone locally. Range and ovens are excellent, easy to program and use.

Uneven Cooking
We purchased this oven in 6 months ago. It cooks nothing even. Cakes are not done in the middle. Items burn on the edges. I was told to use the convection oven. Nice solution, that means one of the ovens is useless

What temperature is the "Proof" setting? and does it turn off automatically after three hours as the "Warm" setting?

Is there any way to "lock" the knobs on the front? We have accidentally turned the gas on several times while reaching the microwave above! SCARY!
I apologize, but no; this model has not been designed with a method for locking the range knobs into place. Knob covers may be available from a local appliance retailer, but there are none which the manufacturer might recommend.

Which rack is center on bottom oven?
The lower oven in the LG 6.9 cu. ft. Gas Double Oven Range with ProBake Convection®, EasyClean® and Gliding Rack, Model # LDG4315ST has 4 rack positions so that would make rack position 2 the middle. The oven comes with one standard rack, one offset rack and a gliding rack that you can position to your preferences...^IFV

Is there insulation in this oven? I had a mouse living in their and I would like to replace it but can't find insulation or a part number anywhere on any diagram. Before I take it apart I want to make sure I have the replacement insulation. Can you help?
