DO NOT BUY this oven!
So far all of my appliances are LG and this is the first one that I am totally dissatisfied with..The cooktop is very hard to clean and no matter how much I scrub it has white streaks in it..the steam clean oven is horrible, I can preclean myself and run the cycle 3 times and still have stuff in the bottom..HATE this feature.. and I am totally disappointed with the oven having only 2 racks with no option to buy another, and lastly the convection cooking is TERRIBLE, no matter where I have the racks or how I position the pans if I don't rotate them thru the cooking time the product towards the back will burn...With the amount of money that I spent on this appliance I was sure hoping it would perform better. I will not buy LG again

When I purchased said over 3 times MUST BE SELF CLEAN. First time went to clean it is not self clean. It is Easy Clean, it does not clean. Would NEVER recommend this appliance. Sorry I purchased it.

Very easy set up and learning all the features. I did not think I would like it but looks like my wife was right again. It cooks so fast and even. All you have to do is read the manual.

Purchased product on Black Friday.. Was finally shipped in February. Have used the unit less than 10 times total and it wen completely dead. Took 8 days for repair and now, was just told it would be another 2 weeks for additional parts. Unhappy is an understatement. Would NOT purchase another LG unit.

It bakes well and looks good.
the area between the cook top and the instrument panel has a 1" gap and you can see the back panel of the stove..it is a silver color...not great. It looks like it isn't finished. Sorry

Make sure this is the one you want.
I bought this oven and wish the salesman had explained that it is not self-cleaning. It is "Easy Clean". I did not know this until we plugged it in and I looked at it. I didn't know they made ovens that were not self clean in this price range. Apparently, you spray the oven with water, heat and it wipes clean in 20 minutes. We'll see. Also, you cannot push it flat against the wall. It has 2 bumps in back that prevent this so the stove will not be flush with the counter in front. I did not know to look for bumps on the rear of the stove. It is also much lighter than my previous stove and requires an anti-tip bracket. I like a heavier stove. I hope I like the rest of the features.

Can someone please help me.. what does f -1 means on mi electric stove
The F1 error code on your LG 6.3 cu. ft. Single Oven Electric Range with EasyClean®, Model # LRE3061BD can be cleared by pressing the Clear/Off key on the range then trying the original function again. If the error code reappears, turn the circuit breaker to the range off and wait 30 seconds before turning it back on. If the error code comes back on again, your range will require a repair service. If you need to schedule a repair service, please contact our Support Center at (800) 243-0000 and they can assist you with that...^IFV

My answer from you was not satisfactory. I have been cooking for 28 minutes now& the outside of my oven is overy 170 degrees...that is acceptable and "normal"? I have pictures to prove time and temperature. Again I ask, how is this product safe in a home?

I biught this oven and used it yesterday. I put it at 450 for 1 hour just like the manual said. The exterior oven door got so hot it burned my hand. I called customer service and they said it was "normal" for this product to get this hot. Is this true?
We regret the trouble you have experienced with this electric range. Yes, it is normal for the door to the oven to be heated when the interior temperature is so high. As with all ovens, it is not recommended to touch the door or the glass pane in the door, as they can transmit heat from the interior. Only the door handle should be touched.

While cooking on top, why are the burners turning red and black? Is this normal?
We appreciate your interest in this electric range. The burners on the surface of this range are electrical coils which conduct heat and can take on a red hue. Once deactivated, the burners should return to their otherwise dark appearance. What amp breaker should I have in my electric panel for this stove. I have a 40 from my previous oven?
We appreciate your interest in this electric range. The fuse to be used will depend upon the electrical outlet and power cord being used. According to your owner’s manual, if your electrical outlet is a Single Phase, 3-wire AC cord, then a minimum of 40 Amps should be available. However, if a 4-wire power supply cord is used, then the breaker needs to be rated for 50 Amps. This information can be located on pages 15-17 of your owner’s manual.

My convection oven will not heat over 400 degrees...is this normal?

I turned my stove on to heat up and it automatically shut off and now the stove does not work; it's completely shut off ... this is a new stove just got it 3 was ago, ; does it have a reset button
