Awesome!
I bought this range for the convection and proofing features as well as the smooth top, all of which work great, but there are so many other great features. I also love the blue oven interior that lets you see when it needs cleaning as opposed to just a black hole. The quick clean cycle makes oven cleaning a breeze! Love it! I don't think I have ever had such a clean oven before. Alarms are not just beeps but short tunes that even my hard-of-hearing husband can hear! Oven temp can be switched between Fahrenheit and Celsius. Cook time is another great feature where the oven shuts itself off once the time runs out. I really love my new range, and the price was right, too.

Just installed had to modify my custom cabinets had a original 70s vintage slide in. Oven color I love but then blue is my favorite. The oven light is brightest I have seen. Have used the range top some seems a little slow to heat compared to my old unit. I am learning to adjust my cooling like I did when I switched from gas to electric. Gas doesn't work at Time will tell on the rest.

VERY DISSAPOINTED; VERY DISSATISFIED!!!
I was so excited to get my new stove, only to realize that the Oven temperature is way off. Tried to adjust it per booklet, with no luck. Burners took 20 min. to boil water.
Lowes is replacing stove but I'm very skeptical about a new stove.
WHAT HAPPENED TO QUALITY CONTROL BEFORE products leave the factory?!!?

Best range ever
Have had this range since March and I really couldn't be happier. It has far exceeded my expectations. The only thing I would change if I could, would be the timer volume level. The tune is cute, but way too low in volume if you are a few rooms away. It preheats quickly, and cleans like a dream. What baking I've done has been optimal, but I haven't used the convection feature yet.

Amazing especially for price
Great value especially if you can get on sale, stove top heats up FAST and I noticed I have to use lower levels compared to my old cooktop. I love the ease of use and overall quality

Not happy this happened after the third use. I used the recommended cleaning products. The mark which looks like a burn seems to be under the glass,you can't feel anything on top and the circle around it well that appeared after the cleaning. We were so happy with our purchase now we won't use that burner in case something happens. The oven and the the overall stove is amazing love how things cook in the oven and the warmer plate is cute. But the burner turned us off we also have a fridge and I am scared to install it now.

I cook a lot of breads with yeast, for some reason the bake goods to not brown on the bottom. I have changed the rack position, increased the temp They brown on top not on the bottom
We regret the trouble you have experienced with this electric range. This range should be heating evenly within the baking area. If the bottom portion of the oven cavity is not heating, then the unit may require service. My LG stove has the blue interior. After cleaning there is still baked on stuff. May I use a foam oven cleaner to get the spots off?

Is this an 'energy star' rated appliance?

Where is the oven vent located on the LRE3083BD model? Is the vent located in the front such that heat travels across the stove top?

Can you use cast iron skillets on this range
There isn't any specific type of cookware that should only be used with the LG 6.3 cu. ft. Capacity Electric Single Oven Range with True Convection and EasyClean®, Model # LRE3083ST. The burners on the cooktop are radiant burners and not induction which requires a specific type of cookware. Any cookware can be used and some cookware will take longer to cook or give you inconsistent results. Stainless Steel is recommended, but as long as the pans have flat bottoms and are not oversized or undersized for the burner they are used on, there shouldn't be any issues. You cannot use round bottom woks, rippled bottom cookware or oversized canners and griddles. The base of the cookware should not be more than 1 inch larger than the element. If using iron skillets, be sure not to drag the skillets across the cooktop which will scratch the cooktop surface...^IFV

How do I set the clock
Press the CLOCK button. Press the number buttons to enter the time. For example, to set the clock for 10:30, press the numbers: 1, 0, 3 and 0. Press START. If this does not resolve the matter, please contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000.

How much additional height can I get from the levelers? Do they make longer levelers that I could purchase?
The leveling legs for the 6.3 cu. ft. Capacity Electric Single Oven Range with True Convection and EasyClean®, Model # LRE3083ST are all adjustable and you might be able to get up to an additional inch in height...^IFV

How do you keep oven light on all the time while baking?
The interior oven light automatically turns ON when the door is opened. The oven light may also be manually turned ON or OFF by pressing the OVEN LIGHT button. This information is listed on page 16 of the owner’s manual.
