Split about the knobs being on the front, no reaching over hot top to adjust is good but ability to bump them not so good. Oven controls are very good with keypad entry for temp.

I wonder about the placement of the knobs with small children in the house, but since we don't have any, not a problem! The burners respond quickly when called upon for heat. We are still getting used to the convection oven, but it appears to be a welcome option. It passed the Christmas cookie test with flying colors!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great & looks very good I replaced an electrolux Induction range with this as the induction range kept having problems and I had to replace multiple boards and it still required more parts to work. The LG has performed extremely well and is a great addition to our kitchen. It is easy to clean and the convection conversion is so easy and convenient. The burners heat up quickly and the controls are very easy to operate. You don't have to reach over hot pots or pans to access the range top controls and the touch controls for the oven and timer are so easy to understand and operate a child could do it with ease. Overall I am very happy with this range and it definitely works better than the high end electrolux it replaced.

Heats up quickly and although the cook top get dirty while cooking it appears to be easy to clean with some effort However, a MAJOR flaw is the knobs which are TOO easy to accidentally turn on This is danger and I have had a couple of scary situations with this. It is suggested that a option be on the stove to disable the burners from a control panel option.

Surface heat indicator light stays on after all surface has cooled. Breaker would not reset.New this year, model 4213
