What People Are Saying

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love my LG I had been using an electric oven for years and was wanting to go back to a gas stove. I love this LG as it works just as I had hoped.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love, Love, Love my Gas Range Love my gas range. Went from electric to gas—had to have a gas line installed in order to use, that’s how much I love it. Only feature I don’t care for is having to scour the oven after cleaning. Wish range was fully self-cleaning.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Little Disappointed We noticed that the oven wasn't holding a constant temperature. An example is that, when set at 400, it took us 2 1/2 hours to cook a tri tip. I had to buy an oven thermometer to reset the oven thermostat. I had to set it 30 degrees hotter and the temperature still wavers a good 25 degrees through cooking. Also, the timer is so touch sensitive, it is really hard to set the right time without going past it and back over it just to get the right number of minutes. Other than that, it works.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from OK Range, not all that I hoped it would be. Bought this because our son has an LG range and is very happy with it. The first thing I found was the center (oval) burner didn't have a very large flame. I tried the adjustment described in the owners/installation manual, it helped a little but the small flame takes a long time to heat up the included griddle. We are not very happy with the control panel. The timer is hard to set. If you touch it once it will increment 1 minute, if you hold the pad for more than a fraction of a second you suddenly have time added in 10 minute increments. Now you have to use the "-" key to back it down to the time you really wanted. We just noticed the other day that the drawer in the bottom of the range was the regular black stainless finish - the rest of the range is the Matte Black Stainless finish we ordered - I'll be checking with the retailer about this - not happy. The chimes for the timer are annoying and loud, we can't do anything about them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Oven Review Good stove works as advertised. Oven racks are cheap and light duty constructed. When setting a 10 lbs roasting pot on one of the racks it deflected and I thought it was going to bend and fall off side rails. Another beef. When setting oven temp you can not get display back to current time. This is very annoying!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Control Panel too hot to touch Why is the control panel is way too hot to touch? Anyone has this problem? My 1st oven I got on 1/27/18, the control panel was so hot but I thought that was supposed to be like that. But after the 4th time used, the oven shut down completely while it was on broiler. The technician came out 04/12 determined the oven was defective. Received another oven on 04/28 and today (5/1) used it for the 1st time and the control panel is hot too (into 30 minutes cooking). I like LG but ...
