nothing, nadda, zip, zero
That's what I got when I plugged in this unit. Not a sound, not a light, not a happy camper! BTW, since it's special order, I have to wait at least 5 weeks for a replacement. Seriously? Even though the dishwasher, microwave, refriderator work great, I'm regretting purchasing all LG appliances.

Great Range
We purchased this range back in September but didn't actually get to use it until December. Absolutely love it. Cooks/bakes great. Easy to clean up which is wonderful. Looking forward to using features I haven't tried yet. You can't go wrong with this range!

Burn marks on grate and burners after minimal usag
We paid a lot for this stove and while it cooks great it looks horrible in our kitchen after minimal usage. All grates and burners have horrible scorch marks on them and really take away from the look it's an eye sore and pretty disappointed this has happened only after a month of use

Slide in Gas range
Purchased in 10/2016. Oven has never worked, repairman out 3 times, replaced thermostat, and front panel. Continues not to work. The cooktop works. I missed Cooking for Thanksgiving, Christmas and now a family member's birthday. Very poor communication between repairman & myself.

Great Gas Range
Aside from having to wait from Black Friday until mid-Jan for it to arrive, I love this range. I converted from and old electric coil style drop in range to this slide-in gas range, and so far my wife and I have fallen head-over-heels for it. As of this moment, we have only used it a couple of days; yet the meals we have cooked have been a treat to prepare and eat. Overall, the range is fantastic. The oven side is gigantic and the window allows you to view the entire oven without having to open the door. The grates are heavy duty, the BTU is far superior to anything that my old electric stove could manage. We purchased the black stainless model over the normal stainless. I like the way it looks. The overall design is excellent and lauds plenty of features, like convection and EasyClean that others don't have. The only downfall is that I can't use it all the time...dang, I hate having to work for a living. Also, I installed it, with the help of my neighbor. The install manual is pretty straightforward, but I do suggest that you read it, look over where you are installing it, measure everything, and then re-read it again just make sure you got it all right.

When I turn on the stove burners I hear a whistle sound. Why is this, it is a brand new stove that also came with a leak repaired by LG tech

Do you have a gas to lp conversion kit for this range lsg4513bd
We appreciate your interest in this gas range. The LP NOZZLE CONVERSION KIT, shown in the Product Overview on page 12 of the owner’s manual, was provided with the range. It should be found in a bag either on the back of the range, or in the storage drawer.

Is the center griddle shown in the pictures supposed to come with the oven? I didn't receive one. Where can I get one? Thank you.

Does the griddle sit on top of a great? Can it be removed & used as a 5th burner? or is the griddle a permanent fixture?
The non-stick coated griddle can only be used with the center burner on the LG 6.3 cu. ft. Gas Slide-in Range with ProBake Convection® and EasyClean®, Model # LSG4513ST and it must be properly placed on the center grate. The center grate must not be removed when using the griddle...^IFV

Is there an extractor fan for top of stove?
The LG 6.3 cu. ft. Gas Slide-in Range with ProBake Convection® and EasyClean, Model # LSG4513ST does not have an extractor fan for the stove top. They are a variety of range vent hood that you can find at most Home improvement stores that can be used with this unit...^IFV

Is it possible to buy a new drawer for this stove?

While wiping the computer front of my oven I bumped the loc button and can't get it turned off to use my burners . Also I did not receive a grate tray with my purchase .
