Rated 2 out of 5 by from Can only cook in 10 second increments. Its a beautiful microwave oven but its useless and terribly inconvenient. You cannot set a cook time of anything unless it is in 10 second increments. I reread the book over and over looking for how to set it to cook for 25 seconds and could not find anything. Finally, I called in to support and there is no function to set the seconds in the cook time other than in 10 second increments. This is not mentioned in any of the information provided by LG Electronics in any Specs for the product. But of course support says it is working as expected so its not broken. Considering I used my microwaves for cooking by exact times since the beginning of microwaves. And my last convection oven (another brand) was capable of it with no key pad, I never fathomed that one would not have adjustable seconds. I would seriously just rather have a regular microwave that is usable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty good microwave I purchased this a month ago and it seems to do the job pretty well. It has a lot of bells and whistles so be aware if you just want simplicity. Just read the instruction manual and you should've fine.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Microwave Except For... This is truly a great microwave but for one flaw (Well two). The controls on the panel are not backlit. Depending on lighting or your angle of view the buttons can be impossible to read. You need good lighting to read them. A little design change to add back lighting would have been a great feature. The second item is the NFC feature. I will say it is borderline useless. The associated app can only do the most basic things. Ex. The microwave can be programmed through he panel to have two steps when cooking (1- Cook at 100% for 3 minutes, 2- Cook at 10 minutes at 50%), you can not use the app to set this up and program the microwave, nor can you store this program into the microwaves single program storage. This type of limitation, in my opinion, make this feature useless.

I love how easy they clean up, love the cooking features on the micro-oven. Plus, in losing my double ovens with the last house, it's a huge bonus to be able to bake in this too as well as your typical micro bennies.
