Oven displays heating error and shuts off

We regret the trouble you have experienced with this wall oven. If the unit is experiencing a heating error, and resetting the circuit breaker does not resolve the matter, then the unit may require service. To make service arrangements, you may either contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000, or you can check our Repair Provider Lookup on our website, at http://www.lg.com/us/support/repair/support-repair-provider-lookup.jsp.

My lg range has a proofer built in when it's finished what do I do? Do I take it out and pre heat the oven or do I leave in and turn the heat up, I've tried both and neither worked for me. What do I do?

We regret the trouble you have experienced with this oven. According to the information on page 25 of the owner’s manual, when the PROOF cycle is finished, turn the OVEN MODE knob to the OFF position. Once complete, the baking process can be started.
