Answer:
E1 error message means water levels in coming and out going don't match.

We finally got rid of that message after the piece does the measuring was replaced. Through the clear plastic the piece was made of, you could see the paddle wheels that do the measuring were clogged with some crusty stuff.

Answer:
The IE error code is an inlet error. This indicates that the water level in the unit did not get high enough after 10 minutes of filling.

Is this a new installation? Make certain that the water supply valve is turned on. Check the inlet hose for any kinks or bends in the line that could be preventing the unit from filling properly. Check the drain hose for proper installation.

Is the water tap closed or the water supply cut off? Check the water supply valve and make certain that it is turned on and open fully or this code will display. Unplug unit (10 seconds) to reset the code and try again.

Is the inlet valve filter clogged? Check the inlet valve filter for buildup of mineral deposits. If the inlet valve filter is clogged it will restrict water flow into the machine, resulting in IE Error.
Clean filter with small brush to remove any mineral deposits that may have accumulated.

Is the water pressure within specifications? If the water pressure is not 20-120 psi, then the water will not fill properly. This will result in the IE Error Code. If the water pressure is too low, it will be necessary for a plumber to be contacted to have this corrected.

Is the drain hose installed properly? If the drain hose is not installed properly and the water drains out of the unit as it enters the tub, the unit will display an IE Error. Refer to Drain Hose
Installation Instructions for proper connections and make any adjustments as necessary.

Is unit leveled properly? If the unit is not leveled properly, the IE Error may occur. Use a level to check the sides and top of the unit. If the unit is not level, adjust the leveling feet in the front AND back (use leveling kit). Also check the mounting brackets. If one is tightened more than the other, it will offset the cabinet.

Top spray arms do not function - why?

The top spray arms on our dishwasher do not function. The bottom spray arm is the only one working. We just now figured that out after having dishes that would not come clean for several weeks. There are NO food particles clogging the spray arms. The unit is only 3 months old and we believe it has always had this problem. Is it a defective unit? If not, what could cause this?

The previous answer was: "It is normal for there to be a momentary delay before the cycle begins. Were the DELAY START active, it would delay the wash for a minimum of an hour."
Apparently the "DELAY START" is active. How can I deactivate the "DELAY START"?

Answer:
Actually leave the 1 hour delay alone it actually only delays a few minutes. For some reason the display stays on 1. If you push the delay button it will add time.

Answer:
I apologize for the confusion. The DELAY START is not a feature that is automatically activated. The DELAY START button must be pressed. If the button is accidentally pressed you must turn the power off and back on. If you cann get the DELAY START to deactivate you may need service on the unit. Please contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000 for troubleshooting tips and service information.
