Steam Tray not emptying

My steam tray worked great at the beginning and I would have to refill it ever few weeks or so. Now, it doesn't empty at all, and my cloths take forever to dry. I've checked the vent to the outside of the house, I clean the lint filter every load, I'm using the same drying settings, and I'm still having these issues. The dryer is only 6 months old. Should I call a tech to come out and have a look?

Steam Setting

I have had my dryer (dlex3250) for about a week now. I used the steam sanitary cycle for the first time yesterday and it worked good. I tried to use it today but the reservoir for the water is still full after 3 tries. The first time I used it the reservoir was almost empty. Is this normal. I used filtered tap water I get at the grocery store. I made sure not to use distilled water.

Answer:
We regret the inconvenience you have experienced with this electric dryer. The lint filter is located immediately inside the door, along the lower portion of the opening. The filter pulls straight up out of its housing. If there are additional questions about this portion of the machine, please contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000.

The Flow Sense wording is lit up but there are no bars lit up. Does this mean everything is ok?

Answer:
We appreciate your interest in the operations of this dryer and its features. According to the information on page 29 of the owner’s manual, NO BARS on the Flow Sense display indicates that the ductwork is clear. The more bars shown indicates a greater amount of blockage in the vent.
