There can be multiple reasons on why the unit is not heating.
Is the Gas line connected? Check the connect line (gas) on the lower back side of dryer.
Is the shut off valve closed? It is possible to be not work because of closing the shut-off gas valve. Check the valve at the gas supply line.
Is the load size large? Be sure not to overload the dryer. Overloading the dryer will prevent proper airflow and tumbling. This can result in some items being dry and others not or in the entire load not being dried completely. It will be necessary to remove some articles of clothing and start the cycle again.
Are the exhaust ducts kinked or clogged? If the exhaust ducts are kinked or clogged, this will restrict proper air flow which will result in the load coming out damp. Check the venting and make certain that they are not kinked and not clogged.
