Is it ok to use dryer sheets in the dryer?

Answer:
No! I was specifically told to not use dryer sheets (even though I like them and have used them in the past). I was told that the material on the sheets will disintegrate and have a negative effect on the sensors within the dryer.
I love the smells, but I'd go with a more pungent detergent or fabric softener than to mess with the dryer sheets :)

Answer:
We appreciate your interest in this product. We do not recommend the use of dryer sheets, as the fibers can be released and cover the moisture sensors, which will in turn hinder the proper operation of the dryer.

The dryer is tearing holes in my clothes, is this normal?

Most t-shirts and small towels get torn in the front bottom section of the dryer. I'd like this fixed.
