Answer:
The gas dryer has a BTU rating of 22,000. The BTU rating of this dryer is AGA-certified for elevations below 10,000 feet. If your gas dryer is being installed at an elevation above 10,000 feet, it must be derated by a qualified technician or gas supplier.

Answer:
The gas line is located on the lower left hand corner on the back of the unit. The dryer is prepared for Natural Gas with a 3⁄8 - inch NPT gas connection. Installation and service must be performed by a qualified installer, service agency, or the gas supplier. Failure to do so can result in fire, explosion, or death. A picture of the back of the unit can be found in the owner’s manual on page 19. If you need a copy of the owner’s manual it can be downloaded by visiting our website at www.lg.com.

This unit is designed to connect to a Natural Gas connection using a 3/8” NPT Gas Connection. If there is difficulty in making this connection, it is recommended by LG to obtain the assistance of a licensed gas installer or plumber.
