I have a LG Home Theater BH9430PW bad product, it crashes, I have to interrupt power to reboot all the time, the subuffer stops working, and when I watch netflix or other app always crashes, the keyboard does not work when typing letters

I love everything about this system, just wondering if there is an update for the center channel? even though I've made the adjustements, speaker levels, etc., just wish this system had a center focus feature that would intensify the center channel especially during conversations when watching a movie. other than that i'm overly impressed with everything this system has to offer. and to add, i'm losing my roommates bcuz the say its too loud!!!:)

It looks great but when you are watching a dvd the system CONSTANTLY FREEZES, I sending it back to LG to be fixed. I will say that I'm very Disappointed in the quality of this product. I have bought over 15 LG TVS & they are all still in service. Never had a any problems with a TV but this Home Theater its very Frustrating to have to un-plug it & wait for it to re-boot.

After repeatedly trying to figure out their pourly designed instructions that come with this surround sound finaly figured out how to use the front speakers. Still unable to get the "wireless" speakers to work even after repeatedly doing the test the have on the system. IT looks super nice only if it would work oh and good luck trying to figure it out online as well> Disapointed

My fiance and I were excited to purchase this new home theater system. Since we already own an LG TV that we are very pleased with, we assumed this product would be just as high in quality. We were SO wrong. First of all, the rear speakers ARE NOT WIRELESS. They connect to a wireless receiver, but you are still required to run ugly wires from the speakers to the receiver. These rear speakers have a tendency to cut in and out with a horrible popping noise. The Blu-Ray player (which is the brains of the whole system) constantly freezes (4 or 5 times daily) and requires a hard restart, especially when using internet features (Netflix, SmartShare, etc.) regardless if you connect with a wired LAN or wireless internet connection. I wish I had read reviews on more than just LG and BestBuy's websites, as I would have seen that MANY customers experience these same problems. We are still within our 30 day return limit and are strongly considering returning the system and finding one that is more reliable. I do not recommend this product, especially if you expect consistency and quality.

I actually love the sound. I had no problems with getting everything to work together in the wireless system. My biggest problem was the receiver. The first one just locked up and stopped working. So I returned it for a new. Now the new receiver is having the same issues. I have to unplug it to get it back working. It has done this twice. Loud system, clear sound, but bad receiver.

This system is absolutely awesome great sound great looking great quality to me just no cons at all about it Easy to setup easy to use .I bought it to go with my LG 50" TV and they compliment one another great Thinking about purchasing one of these don't think just buy you wont regret it
