The system is ok the sound is good the picture is good ..but its slow sometimes it does not see the disk iv thought about taking it back a couple of times dont know why i haven't except it sounds good

This home theatre system is a good basic piece of equipment. The menu is a bit confusing and there is no built in WiFi

Rated 4 out of 5 by His_Servant Overall - A good addition to your home theater.
I have owned this along with an LG 47LW5600 TV and the 3D is stunning, DVD movies are great and sound is awesome also.
The Blu-Ray player has more features than I use since most of them are on my TV but setup such as network adapter, choosing source for sound, and other are easy to setup and use.
The speakers are bookshelf but it would be nice to have an adapter to make them ceiling mountable that his wires and looks good while hung but they don't.
This is my first 3D blu-ray and TV theater and I am overall pleased with both items.

The product is pretty cool with its features. I just wish it had Netflix on it with a user friendly interface. The other flaw is the tracks on the ipod are listed alphabetically and not by track number. Other than that, a nice equipment to have.

I like the system, but the software updates they push down screw it up. A few months back it would not see my iPod after an update, the next update fixed it. Last week the update, once again killed my iPod connection. So now I wait for the fix.

The sound and dvd player is great when it works. I got this as a gift from my cousin and we went back twice to Best buy. The problem is when we turn the power on it says.... welcome then right after it says power off, then we would turn it on again and it will be fine. Then when we are watching dvd on it, it will just black out but we can still hear the sound, so we returned it. The second one has the same problem with the power.. welcome then right after power off, and one time of blacking out. we called lg the 2nd time and rebooted it and updated the firm ware and still the problem remains the same. I finally went back and exchanged it and Best buy did not give me a problem.

After an eight-hour installation, we discovered that one of the speakers does not work. Neither BestBuy nor the manufacturer is willing to replace the speaker. Our options are to return the whole system (involving another install) or return the one speaker to be refurbished. I feel that we should have an all-new system with no refurbished parts. We are disappointed in both BestBuy and the manufacturer.

I was afraid I would not be able to figure it out. But I was wrong. It was easy to connect everything. The sound is great and the internet and picture quality are both great.
