Booked service appointment with iPad and of course none of the reservation information showed up in the site generated form. No confirmation email from LG. Looks like they are requiring that I ship the soundbar to them for repair. I would avoid this product.

How do I repair my subwoofer with my sound bar ?

Can I use a universal remote to control the volume on the NB4530B soundbar?

We appreciate your interest in this Sound Bar and its operations. This device has not been designed with any restrictions from being controlled by a Universal Remote Control. Questions of compatibility would have to be directed at the remote control itself.

Can a soundbar be paired with another lg wireless subwoofer from a different lg soundbar

We appreciate your interest in this audio system. Please be aware that not all sound bar systems are configured for subwoofer operations, whether wired or wireless. If both systems use a Bluetooth subwoofer, then theoretically, they should work. We can, however, not guarantee that the devices will be compatible.

I just tried to reestablish connection from my lg wireless sub woofer with my LG soundbar. Does the wireless symbol on the soundbar need to stay on or off. I am asking because in a video they said it had to be off to be able to access the sub woofer.

We appreciate your interest in this Sound Bar System. The initial connection of the Sound Bar with the Subwoofer will progress properly when no other wireless device is present to cause interference with the pairing process.

Subwoofer flashing Greek no sound

When your connection is not complete, a red LED or blinking green LED on the wireless subwoofer should show, and the wireless subwoofer makes no sound. To solve the problem, follow the steps below. 1. Adjust the volume level of the main unit to minimum by pressing VOL DOWN button repeatedly, until the standby LED (Red) on the main unit turns on. 2. Press and hold Mute on the remote control for about 3 seconds. The standby LED (Red) on the main unit blinks quickly. 3. Press and hold Pairing on the back of the wireless subwoofer for more than 5 seconds. The LED of the wireless subwoofer lights up alternately in red and green. 4. Disconnect and reconnect power cord of the main unit and the wireless subwoofer. 5. Turn on the main unit. : The sound bar and wireless subwoofer will be automatically connected. The Green LED on the rear of wireless subwoofer turns on.

How do I pair my sub woofer with my sound bar I can't find the manual

When connection is incompleted, the red LED on the woofer will be visible, and the woofer will not make a sound. To solve the problem, follow the below steps: 1. Press and hold the STOP button on the player and the MUTE button on the remote control simultaneously; “REMATE” will be displayed; 2. Press PAIRING on back of the woofer; The Yellow-green LED will flicker; 3. Turn off and on the unit; If you see “Yellow-green” LED, the process has been successful; 4. If you do not see “Yellow-green” LED, try again Step 1 - Step 3.
