My neighbor constantly connects to the sound bar via Bluetooth. I tried disabling Bluetooth standby but it keeps happening. My TV is connected via an optical cable. How can I prevent my neighbor from connecting or completely turn off Bluetooth?

We regret the inconvenience you have experienced with this system pairing. It is suggested to attempt resetting the system in order to revoke this pairing. Press the VOLUME DOWN button on the main system and the SOUND EFFECT button on the remote control simultaneously for a full second to reset the microcomputer of the speaker. If this does not resolve the matter, please contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000 for additional suggestions.

Which Music Flow speaker can pair with this to produce surround sound? Can either P5 or P7 do it?

Hello there ... I have the same question. Did you figure out which speaker? If so please let me know your experience. CNET review of SH7B talks about pairing it up with the LG H3 speakers but I am not sure if there is anything better.

I have my sound bar connected to my LG tv with Bluetooth but there's a problem with the sound it comes and goes loud and lower and you can barely hear the subwoofer

If the remote control is not involved with changing the volume, then there is the possibility that this could be caused by Bluetooth interference within the area, or the volume could be adjusted based on ambient noise in the room. Can DTS and Dolby Digital work properly with all connections(Wi-Fi, Optic, Bluetooth) or only HDMI?

Bluetooth only supports stereo audio, it does not support 5.1 audio so it will not support Dolby Digital or DTS which are formats for 5.1 channel audio. Some streaming service do not support 5.1 audio on certain devices and you can check with their Support Center to inquire if they will support your device. Whether high definition (HD) or standard definition (SD), all digital television (DTV) broadcasts in the U.S., Canada, and other countries that have adopted the ATSC television standard are transmitted with Dolby Digital. Dolby Digital audio is also an option for broadcasts in areas such as Europe using the DVB digital TV standard. All such broadcasts are compatible with existing Dolby Digital decoders. You can contact the Support Center for our subsidiary in Turkey for inquiries about the digital transmission standard in Turkey (believe it is the DVB-S2 standard.). The Optical Digital Audio port and HDMI ports both can handle uncompressed 5.1 digital audio...^IFV

I have my HD tv receiver inputting into the HDMI port. It then goes out to the TV. When I set it up initially, everything worked fine and I could watch tv fine. All of a sudden, I only have audio. The video is gone.
