Serves: MAKES 6 SERVINGS

Main Ingredients

  • - 12 large whole chicken wings
  • - 2 t salt

Buffalo Wing Sauce

  • - 1/2 c hot sauce
  • - 3T ketchup
  • - 1T melted butter

Thai Wing Sauce

  • - 1/3c cider vinegar
  • - 1/4t crushed chili flakes
  • - 3/4c Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
  • - 2T soy sauce

Blue Cheese Dressing

  • - 1c sour cream
  • - 1t Worcestershire sauce
  • - 3oz blue cheese, crumbled
  • - 1/4c green onions, sliced very thin
  • - 1/4t black pepper
  • - Salt, to taste
  • - 2t cold water

Directions: Chicken Wings

1. Preheat oven to 450*F

2. Place the wings on a sheet pan or broiler pan and season with salt

3. Roast the wings for 20-25 minutes

Buffalo Wing Sauce

1. Mix all three ingredients together and set aside

2. Pour sauce over the fully cooked wings and toss to coat with tongs.

Thai Wing Sauce

1. In a small sauce pan over medium heat, combine the vinegar and chili flakes. Allow the liquid to reduce down to about 1 tablespoon.

2. Stir in the sweet chili sauce and soy sauce.

3. Pour sauce over the fully cooked wings and toss to coat with tongs.

Blue Cheese Dressing

1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine
