Chef Biography

Chef Brian Karam brings a straight forward approach to his food in the LG Kitchen. Using only the freshest ingredients, he is able to prepare mouthwatering dishes that are big on flavor yet simple to execute. While teaching at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Chicago, he instilled in his students the importance of building upon a strong foundation primarily consisting of understanding, executing and appreciating the basics. Chef Brian's passion for food has also been influenced by his travels to global food destinations. Whether he's on a search for great local seafood in Vancouver or dining at Michelin-starred restaurants in France, he feels that these experiences have inspired him to be more creative and innovative in his own kitchen.
