Is this compatible with WM347OH*A?

We need a new drain hose for this model. It got pinched during our move and has a small pin hole in it.

Thanks!

We regret the trouble you have experienced with this washing machine. The drain hose is not a component that can be replaced from the outside of the cabinet. The required part number is 5215ER2002N, which is not compatible with that which has been mentioned. This will require the assistance of a qualified service technician. To make service arrangements, you may either contact our Customer Interactive Center at 800-243-0000, or you can check our Repair Provider Lookup on our website, at http://www.lg.com/us/support/repair....

How is the old hose removed from back of washer? I assume you just pull it off very hard but don't want to break to fitting on back of washer. This part has some type of syphon breaker. What/how is it all installed? Why don't you have a drain hose similar to the original on your website?
