Rated 1 out of 5 by from Clothing Gets Caught on Lint Filter Just like all the other reviews, the lint filter on right side constantly snags clothes, I have ruined several items, and I was 2 small children all their items end caught, then in a knot in dryer, and intern clothes get ripped. This was not a cheap washer and dryer combo we purchased. Very disappointed and it will affect making future LG purchases.

Despite cleaning out the filter area...it still does not sit properly in place, which allows clothes to catch and ultimately rip. This is not an inexpensive dryer...and we are going to replace it after just 3 years since the damage to our clothes is exceeding the price of a new dryer!

The dryer lint catcher in the right hand corner keeps catching on items within the dryer. Glad I purchased it at Costco as they will take it back along w/the washing machine which I am happy with but want a matched pair.

I thought I was the only one having this problem with clothes getting caught on the edge of the filter and getting ripped and twisted up, but I see there are A LOT of people having the same problem. I put tape on it so the clothes does not get caught in it and it works for a day or two until the tape falls off. It is ridiculous for LG to see that so many people are having this issue with their product and not do anything about it. BAD CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!! I hope they step up and do something to fix this because we didn't pay so much money for something to ruin our clothes.
