We just purchased the microwave and when peeling off the white sticker that is on the top of the microwave, it also pulled up part of a very thin, clear plactic-like covering. It this supposed to come off?

Answer:
On mine the white sticker clearly said that the film on the exterior of the microwave needed to be removed before operating as failure to remove would cause moisture build up. It even said to remove the film starting at the bottom.

I have the same problem. It seems like it is the protective film that shouldn't be remove. The sticker is hard to peel off.

Answer:
There is frequently a layer of thin film on appliances that are in place to help reduce some cosmetic markings during packing and transit. This film should be removed, as often it covers a vent, preventing dust from getting inside the cabinet. If such a film is not removed, it could result in overheating of the unit.

I went to the TrueCookPlus website and looked up which products carry the symbol and code. I saw that I had one of two of the in my freezer, so I checked the - NO TrueCookPlus symbol/code anywhere on the package! I later went to my local supermarket and checked a couple of packages there - NO trueCookPlus symbol/code, even though the product is listed (and has a picture of it so I knew I had the right one) on the website. (Easy Fries, by Ore Ida). Has anyone actually used this feature, already? How does using the code make a different, in real terms, from following the directions on a package?

Answer:
No, it is a totally useless feature. Too bad they didn't skip that "feature" and improve the characteristics of the touch control panel.

A previous question asked about EZ on and More/Less - where is the EZ on button? It is not shown on the display in the photograph. There are no more/less buttons, either. Please answer the question, don't just reprint instructions from the manual.

Answer:
Thank you - this is NOT the same image that is shown on Best Buy's website, which does NOT have EZ-ON on the START button. It must be an old picture, hence the confusion.

I don't see where the more/less feature is, still, though?

Answer:
Please take a look at the image I attached, the START button is the EZ-ON.
As the previous answer describes, you can add time by repeatedly pressing the START/EZ-ON button:

Every time you touch EZ-ON, it will add 30 seconds up to 3 minutes 30 seconds (Note: after 3 minutes 30 seconds, every touch will add 1 minute up to 99 min 59 seconds).

Example : To set EZ-ON cooking 2 minutes.
Press EZ-ON 4 times --> (4 x 30 sec = 2 min) the oven begins cooking and the display shows time counting down.

Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Thank you.

In Features and Documents (see Demos under the photograph of the unit) it says this microwave has more/less features and that you can add on in minute or 30 second increments and mentions EZ On (I believe this is the add minute/30 second feature?), but the picture of the control panel does not show any of these functions. Where are they, please?
