2010 Mac Mini -29" IPS Wide Screen Monitor

I have a 2010 mac mini. It is capable of supporting duel link monitors. Is your 29 inch IPS widescreen monitor compatible with this year model Mac Mini? Please be aware that this Mac has a display port out that supports dual link. Thanks.

Answer:
If your Mac supports dual monitors, and has display port, most likely.

I'm using display port out of my PC. It's win.

Answer:
The back of the 93 is white

The 93 has an awesome silver stand

The 93 supposedly isn't Mac compatible.

The 93 goes for $100 less at Fry's, and $200 more at NewEgg and Amazon via marketplace sellers.

Answer:
The two monitors mentioned are very similar in their design. The primary differences lie in the accessories and the USB ports. Both monitors have 4 USB ports. The EA73P has one Upstream USB 3.0 port, 2 Downstream USB 3.0 ports, and one Downstream USB 2.0 port; the EA93P has one Upstream USB 3.0 port and 3 Downstream USB 3.0 ports. The only other difference, listed on the specification sheets, is the included MHL and USB cables packaged with the EA93P monitor. This information can be seen with the specification sheets listed on our website at http://www.lg.com/us/monitors/lg-29....

This is plastic. There might be other units coming with aluminum, but I just got mine today and it’s whole case is presented by plastic.

Answer:
93 has a sweet base, but isn't Mac compatible (somehow).

At Fry's the 93's tend to go for $100 less, as they seem to be discontinued everywhere. On Newegg and other places, marketplace resellers are charging $200 more. Personally- just get a 73 from BestBuy or Fry's, and price match with NewEgg.

Otherwise, no difference. But I'll admit, the silver base is sweet.
