LG ELECTRONICS’ HOME SOLUTIONS DOMINATE 2014 KITCHEN AND BATH/INTERNATIONAL BUILDERS’ SHOW
Ranging From Premium Home Appliances to Electronics to Air Conditioning Solutions, LG Innovations Take Center Stage in Show Village
LAS VEGAS, Feb. 3, 2014 – LG Electronics’ broad portfolio of home appliances, home entertainment products and air conditioning and energy solutions is taking center stage at the Show Village here this week at the 2014 Kitchen and Bath Industry Show/International Builders’ Show.
LG was selected as the exclusive appliance provider for the trade show’s “Ultimate Kitchen” and the modern “Fire Island” home, a highlight of the Show Village. Catering to the needs of builders, architects and kitchen designers, the Show Village, commissioned by SGC Horizon, is a flagship exhibit that will display unique model homes and products in a lifestyle setting.
The Ultimate Kitchen, a premium kitchen build-out conceived by Wendy Johnson, the National Kitchen and Bath Association’s 2013 “Best Kitchen” designer, will showcase a full kitchen suite from LG Studio, LG’s high-end line of kitchen appliances, as well as LG laundry, home entertainment and air conditioning/heating solutions. The Fire Island home will also feature stylish and energy efficient LG home appliance and electronics products, showing how with LG, it’s all possible.
“LG is committed to developing products that not only feature innovative technology, but also make tasteful additions to a home’s decor,” said William Cho, president and CEO of LG Electronics USA. “We know that people want their homes to reflect their personal style, and our leading role as technology provider in the Show Village highlights how LG’s products can enhance consumers’ lifestyles in every room in the house.”
“Our goal for the Show Village was to highlight the best-in-class products available for consumers, designers and builders,” said Patrick O’Toole, editorial director and publisher of SGC Horizon’s Professional Builder magazine. “SGC Horizon selected LG to outfit the Ultimate Kitchen and Fire Island home as a result of the way their products seamlessly blend the latest in technology and aesthetics, which was our vision for the 2014 Show Village.”
